everyone here is saying no, but I would not take that as a "verified non-narcissist" stamp. I think it's more important to look at the meta. the reasons you listed are not narcissistic reasons per se, HOWEVER, that doesn't mean you didn't leave out other potentially narcissistic reasons. you obviously came here to "fish" for a certain response, and I doubt you provided completely truthful answers, as motivations are RARELY unidimensional or transparent (the moment you believe they are is the mom…

seriously doubt you read, let alone comprehended the entire sidebar in under a hour. if you didn't already get it, the problem is not her "false prudeness" (sounds like incel or rape terminology), it's you. she directly calls you out for being a beta cuck, and then you blame your insufficiency on her, how much clearer does it get?

demonstrably wrong. start lifting or talk about lifting is the correct answer. seriously though, sounds like something you are projecting, something about your demeanor or frame is off if multiple different people are all saying the same thing. Do you talk about it a lot? Is your life centered around it, from an outside observer?

the solution is to lift.

As it says in the sidebar NO, do not use toxic language. Avoiding toxic language and respecting women is how I slay 99% of my pussy vagina.

that's why I said girls. Bring some girls over, introduce them to your brother, you know, just to be nice, and bring them up to his door/room to greet him. It has be someone capable of shaming him. If he has no shame, and your parents wont do anything, then you've got a valuable life lesson, because I guarantee you will encounter this and worse in the future. Keep your shit in order, and if it bothers you that much, then clean his shit up.

You can't control what other people do and it sounds like he's got higher priorities. Move out, or make cleaning a priority to him (for example, bring girls/guests over and (overtly/subvertly) shame him by attributing the disgusting mess to him).

Wow, you looked at my post history (sounds like about a 30 second check), and based your judgement off the number of up or downvotes without any consideration for the content (I see you got triggered by the buzzword vaccine, but you were too concerned with how other strangers reacted to it that you didn’t actually read it (or comprehend it). If you would have actually read the (few sentences) post with the vaccine buzzword that makes you tingle so righteously, you would have understood the entir…

myopic and grossly limited characterization of both and women. Also, the majority of men (everybody) follow the pack and heavily rely on social feedback to understand the meaning of their actions. I don't think this conceptualization further contributes to extant models: it has holes and doesn't provide further insight. It's a lateral conceptual move at best and a detrimental oversimplification at worst. sounds like something I would think was clever when I was high, and then read later and had …

We need a bot to auto delete Tinder posts. You already know its gonna be some non-abundant soy shit as soon as you see the word Tinder. Was she be truthful or telling me lies? -I guess you'll never know, like most things in life. Do you really want to see strangers conjecture reasons and analysis regarding the integrity of some insignificant, unknowable, hypothetical flake? I get her integrity is important to you, but it shouldn't be, especially if she's not a plate or LTR. Dumping attention and…

Completely disagree. I don't respect people until they earn it. Respect isn't worth anything unless it actually means something. Of course I try to treat people decently and courteously, but people do not start out with respect. There are a minority of people I respect in the world. If I don't respect someone it doesn't mean I'm going to make an ass out of myself over them, it just means I minimize my exposure and liability to/with them, although i'll still be civil.

No one gives two shits about debating you or your pitiful opinions. I didn't delete anything, are you drunk? Are you talking about editing a post for grammar? Jesus Christ dude, go troll somewhere else.

wait, what? I think you're mixed up buddy. Looked at your post history. Jesus man, you are an angry dude. Doesn't take much of man to constantly tear people down. Got some insecurities I see.

Yes, and you build that instinctive response by understanding how it is implemented and trying it out yourself. There are numerous other posts where this is understood and you don't have jackasses who contribute nothing shooting other people down because it doesn't fit how they prefer people to learn. You quoted the second part of what I said but did seem to address the part where I said "this is how I learned it". What's with the gatekeeping? Ego is definitely the Achilles heel of asktrp.

After reading specific answers to many shit tests, I started to get the hang of how to implement the concepts of agree and amplify, pressure flip, etc. After several months it's natural. It's the difference between giving someone a formula to solve a math problem and showing them examples of how to implement it. There's no reason to be a dick about people being beginners. HOWEVER, there is already TONS of information on this already here and other related RP sites.

I think you are absolutely correct. A huge part of the power-grab has happened because men have voluntarily ceded it. As civilization/society grew, it was no longer required of men to act "manly" to get by in day to day life. Because many men were not force by necessity to become dominant, many of them didn't. and women amnesically wondered "why do we even need men in the first place, they don't anything we can't do". Society become too sweet and made soy the easy choice for many men. Men cannot…

SMV trumps anything you can say (game, social skills). High SMV you could be a blithering inept asshole and still pull more then the average guy with average social skills/game. SMV is what gives the perception of having good social skills or game. Do you mean the carrots as arrows or greater/lesser signs?

Something would be wrong with you if you weren't stressed/anxious while on the precipice of something greatly desired. Consider looking for/applying to other desirable positions, so you can diversify your emotional investment and become more outcome independent. This will distract you and move your focus from a single outcome to building possibilities.

Is the body of Christ really in a cracker under a microscope? Absolutely not, how is that symbolism therefore useful? is a dollar under a microscope inherently valuable or useful? no. It has value because everyone agrees it does, it signifies an promise or act. It is similar with theological concepts. It sounds like maybe you are pointing to the dichotomy between the world of facts and the world of value. You can't get an 'ought" from an "is, as the saying goes. It seems like you are looking at …

OP, check out Jordan Peterson, he has some nuanced perspectives on these subjects that are a good introduction.. Ignore these absolute idiots who say "It's ONLY just this" - it's an extremely complex phenomena and only the ignorant dismiss it with prejudice.

There's something off about the content of this post. Can't quite put my finger on it, but sounds exaggerated and poser-ish. Just comes off as hollow truisms to me. Anyone else sense anything off about it?

Treat the dread as if it were a projection, and pursue from that angle. That's how I was able to solve mine. In TRP lingo it would be a frame issue. The fame conceptualization doesn't completely capture the hows and whys that are necessary to integrate it.

How is he false? He never claims any divine status and gives credit where due for the ideas he spreads. He claims to be spreading an old message, a message that has helped thousands of people, including myself, come out of horrible nihilistic places. an old message reformulated for modern times most of his ideas come from the bible. seems more like the definition of a prophet. where does the false come in?

so no one can be god, no one should try to be god, and therefore everyone should be evil and try to be evil. that seems a bit twisted man. I think you're not drawing a distinction between wanting to be god in an arrogant or power hungry sense and not in a virtuous or holy sense.

0) disagree, he empowers people to fight nihilism 1) agree 2) I'm sure they are over represented 3) he won't talk with the far right because it would be suicide for him politically, and he wouldn't be able to help as many people. the left is the side that is fucking shit up really bad 1)not naive, far from it 2)I don't think that argument stands up to him being brave so that he can push back nihilism in people -- I see you motivation, essentially a fundamentalist objection. I get it. Thanks for …

yeah I got got. Aren't they all though. I'm tempted because I've been trying to get my brain around the logic that people use to tear JP down. Just can't figure it out, especially the articulate well-written ones.

explain? I'm willing to hear your case. What is it? How is he the progenitor of evil?
/r/askTRP21/12/18 08:48 PM

how is he fake? where is the mismatch between his words and actions? He and TRP have substantially altered my life, the things he says are true to the extent that they work. Never have I tried something he said (in context) and was disappointed. Is he a fake because you didn't properly apply what he said and got null results? That's not on him.

lol all JP critics are like this. They point to anything but specific examples. If pressed they use some ridiculously contrived context to muster up something vaguely resembling evidence. What is it that you believe he represents that you hate so much? Liar? come on, that's such a shallow lazy answer. Seems more like you're bitter that you wont do what it takes.

That “refer” is gonna have to be “force against her will”, and springing that on her would be a practical challenge. But yeah getting her to a controlled environment would get rid of the prob and give her the best shot at not /quitting

I'm looking for advice I can forward onto him, I'm not trying to be any kind of white knight for either of them. So you're saying just tough it out, keep doing what he's doing, and wait until she turns a new leaf?

so just ignore the BF and escalate and let her sort the rest out? is that the step to getting her to ditch the BF. This is my first post TRP interaction so I just want to make sure i'm on point
