The thing is the maths on the pay gap is broken to begin with because no woman earns less than a man for the same job. If this was the case no man would ever get a job because all business owners would be looking to reduce their labour bill by 30%...the pay gap is a mathematical myth however you work out the figures. If there is 1 man more than a woman in the workforce then and everyone earns the same, then there's still a pay gap. it just doesn't work, ever.

I have this on one side. It's gynochemastia. Lifting won't help. Diet won't help. Make it not noticeable with lifting and diet etc or bite the bullet and get surgery. Personally I'm leaving mine where it is, it doesn't make too much difference to me. I have been attending Muay Thai classes (albeit sporadically) but it is very male dominated. What's more we don't go easy on girls because they're girls either. Sure during sparring we go easier on them than the guys, but that's purely a size thing. We don't batter the 10 year olds that want to come and learn either. A martial art of any kind of physical activity (karate and other bullshit doesn't count) is a Mecca for male bonding.

Eh, this sub gets a bit steamy when it comes to "the wall"…my mother had a kid at 38 and another at 43, there's 20 years difference between me and the youngest.
