It might be worth noting that I'm 21 years old and I have to work 12 hours a day just to even get my business running from scratch. The real answer is : Depends on the city you are in & where in the city. If you are out in the suburbs /shopping centers in a flat city of under a million people or around that mark, you need a car to get anywhere interesting in a reasonable amount of time. Uber works but it’s still expensive in cities like this. If you are in a major metropolitan location/downtown you have no excuse. Cars don’t matter here.

Literally in the same boat dude , all I can say is: Don’t talk to girls by going out of your way to talk to them. If you have your shit together as much as I think you do then girls at sports/hobby clubs that you enjoy should be enough to converse/flirt with. You are doing the right thing even if you decide not to talk to them but the sooner you start; the faster you get past growing pains/what to do in awkwardness.... That’s the only real thing your missing out on , otherwise keep it up!
