The way I’ve done it is I keep asking them to repeat themselves because of the mask. Not like a parrot but I’ll say I can’t really hear you because of the mask. Then they’ll move it to the side or down. I’ll judge from there.

I see what your saying. If it works for you that’s awesome don’t change it I can’t do that I don’t have enough hours in the day except for the weekends where I’m more lenient. I set a date 2 weeks in advance because I already have my schedule full I get asked why it takes so long I reply well I already have plans and that’s when I’m available. I’ll check if I can squeeze it in somewhere sooner I will but I don’t like doing everything all rushed
