As I said in my reply, "When I mean occasionally miss I mean maybe 1 every few months." Again, I apologize for not being more detailed. Thank you for your help.

I am a medical student. I understand how birth control works. I do not miss a pill all the time. Maybe I should have been more detailed. I have been taking birth control since I was 12. When I mean occasionally miss I mean maybe 1 every few months. Also, I have read the packet that comes with my birth control. It states if I miss one, it is ok. However, 2 or more in a close time period is suggested to use another contraceptive.

What is the problem? (Neutral phrasing: use words like "we," and "our" so that you aren't trying to off-load problems at your SO's feet when there's actually plenty of blame to go around) After my SO smoked weed he is determined I am lying and trying to get pregnant without telling him. What are your faults? How have you contributed to the creation of these issues? In all honesty, I am not even sure how he came to this conclusion. I guess I should have made sure he could see me taking the pills?…

Thank you so much! I am really going to try and implement this in my life. I hate fighting with him. He is my best friend and I want to do everything possible to better myself.

Sometimes it is different things but a lot of the time though, he is getting angry that I said something. That in turn, makes me angry because I feel like I cannot speak. I feel like it really goes back to my child hood with my father. I could never speak without some repercussions. So when he gets angry that I was speaking, it is just one of my "triggers". I worked hard on finding my own voice and for quite a while I was extremely independent thinking before this relationship. So when he gets a…
