Yeah... It's to be expected... The conventional wisdom is that people get fat because they're lazy gluttons - it's all your fault. You must have some sort of character flaw. That hasn't been my experience at all! I wasn't lazy and I didn't eat like a pig. I've lost the weight and I eat more than ever now. I just don't eat the carbs or sugar and I double-up on the fat.

Ok - Got it... Yes... I was ignorant to what was causing my problem but it wasn't from lack of going to the doctor, doing research or trying new things. Etc. It was pure luck that I stumbled upon a well written article about my current diet. High-Fat diets are very controversial. I had been previously lead to believe this type of diet was incredibly unhealthy and potentially dangerous. I started getting fat due to hormone problems that I was unaware of. (I got sick) It wasn't because I was lazy …

Anyone like yourself can pretend like they know about things which they are totally clueless about. In fact... The less they know about something the more they tend to think of themselves as Mr. Know-it-all. But in reality... You're not a doctor and you don't know me. Your uninformed opinions mean nothing. LOL!

Everyone is different... I don't think my weight gain or inability to lose the weight was my fault. I was skinny most my life and then started gaining weight for no apparent reason when I turned 30. My diet didn't change at all but I was gaining about 10 or 15 pounds a year. The conventional wisdom is to eat less, move more and avoid eating fat. So that's exactly what I did. I tried lots of diets but nothing worked. It turns out that I've become insulin resistant. It's incredibly common and almo…

I was fat... I'm down 100 pounds. I have to disagree with you a bit. IMO - People have this a bit backwards. People don't necessarily get fat because they're lazy. They become physically lazy because they got fat. Being fat is exhausting all in it's self. It drains your physical energy. The fatter you get the more of your physical energy it will consume. I know lots of fat people. Most of them are the hardest working people I've ever met. They're highly productive people who get things done. But…

I also love to troll people with tattoos. I love how they're so gullible and defensive. LOL!

I discriminate against people with tattoos and I'm not the only one. Cops treat tattoos as a justification to give someone a hard time. Judges and juries see tattoos and assume the person is guilty. I would never seriously date a woman with tattoos. I would never hire a person with tattoos or rent my place out to someone with tattoos. It's a sign of poor judgement. It's also a sign that you have handicapped yourself and have limited your options which I can use as a negotiating tool in my favor.…

I've got news for you... You don't get to determine if your tattoos look stupid or not. Other people get to judge the quality or stupidity of your tattoos for themselves. You obviously have insecurities regarding your tattoos or you wouldn't have posted the approval-seeking rant. And I don't blame you. People who see your tattoos will make snap judgements about you and your intelligence based on how stupid they think your tattoo is.

Smart people don't get stupid tattoos. And I'm sure your tattoos look pretty fucking stupid. Seriously - People don't hide or cover up things that make them look more intelligent, responsible and trustworthy. People hide things that make them look stupid.

You can rationalize all you want but the fact remains that tattoos make you look unprofessional, stupid and ghetto. People like yourself get tattoos where they can be hidden out of shame and fear of what other people might think about them. In other words... You hide your stupid tattoos because you're a pussy.

I've got joint custody. (50/50) I hope to make it about 60/40 by this time next year. We've already talked about me having almost full custody when he's in high school. My 10-year old boy is very cooperative with me. He keeps the whining and complaining to a minimum. He's a great kid and a lot of fun to be around. Not so much with my Ex-Wife... She puts him on a pedestal and gives in to everything. She's always asking HIM for permission. For example: She asks him what he wants for dinner, etc. Then she apologizes if he doesn't like what she's cooked and will make him something else if he doesn't want to eat what he asked her to cook for him the first time. To my understanding... With chapter 13 they work out a 5 year payment plan. You pay back what they think you can afford for the next five years and then you're done! Free! Even paying 1,000 per month for 5 years is only $60K. It's not bad if you started off with something crazy like $300k in the hole at 15 or 20% annual interest. You'll might never be able pay that off.

In normal situations I'll talk about just about anything. Give me an honest question and I'll give an honest answer. But not on first dates or encounters with attractive women I hardly know and am trying to hit on. Some conversation topics like Death, Religion and Politics kill your game faster than anything else. It's nearly impossible to flirt while talking about things like that. Allowing the conversation to be about your EX or Child is especially bad because women always have strong opinions…

This topic always leads to Single Dads who are trying to hook up with a new girlfriend. If you're a single Dad and trying to attract a new woman... NEVER - EVER allow the conversation to be about your EX or your Child. Nothing kills attraction faster than those conversation topics. Don't be totally evasive but don't volunteer any extra info. That can't be it... I'm not ugly but not handsome or muscular. Moving to Hawaii didn't change my appearance or make me any more handsome. I also had way more spending money when I lived on the mainland. It was really hard to find a job out here at first. I moved here from Colorado where I often went years with no girlfriend. Then I moved to Hawaii and incredibly beautiful Asian women started chatting me up and hitting on me. No need to approach them at a club. They would come over to me. I just needed to show up. It was quite a change. I got married so I've been off the market for over 10 years.

The military is a very regimented system. You're owned and operated by the government. It's similar to being a prison inmate. Some ex military folks experience the same types of problems that ex convicts have when they get out of jail. They can't deal with freedom, competition and responsibility on the outside. My ex was having doubts about marriage because I was flat broke while we were dating. I told her to make a list of at least 20 things she's looking for in a man. Most women I know don't vote anyway. They rationalize away about how both candidates are the same or whatever. But if I ask follow up questions they come up empty with the specifics. It's your own fault for allowing yourself to be in a position where you were relying on her for transportation to work. Her foot-dragging is her way of discouraging you from relying on her. True... In the past I had a nasty habit of hijacking a potentially good conversation. The person would mention something in the hope that I might pick up on it. Nobody wants to give you a job just to have you quit and move back home right about the time they finish training you and getting you up to speed. It's not exactly a place you can relocate to without having a job lined up already.

My brother worked on cargo ships for quite a while. He'd get off the boat after six months of work with a decent pile of cash and spend the next six months or so in Thailand, relaxing and partying. I'm sorry for your loss... My mom killed herself when I was still a baby. She did a couple of attention seeking stunts with pills, left notes etc over the years before she finally did it. (My dad did everything to get her some help) Years later... When she did do it... There were no threats, drama or warning. No note. Nothing like that. No pills where she could change her mind and easily be saved, etc. She jumped of a sea-cliff which guaranteed a quick and certain death. I've known a couple of o…

My Dad developed a very healthy distrust of women after two failed marriages. He would spout out all sorts of Red Pill wisdom like: "When poverty comes in the door... On the other hand... He had a healthy distrust for men as well. At least when it came to his daughter. He made sure to let my sister know that "It's a LO…

Americans have just as much initiative as they did 20 years ago. Having initiative didn't stop the population from getting fat. Every fat person I know has lots of initiative. It doesn't create a weight loss situation. I stumbled upon the solution to my problem by pure chance.

No.... Not exactly. Americans got fatter and fatter over the last 20 years. And it's not because we developed a new character flaw that we didn't have 20 years ago. The real problem is massive and widespread misinformation. P New research is showing that weight gain is mostly a hormonal issue. That was my problem as well. Hormones trigger fat storage in the same way that hormones trigger hair to grow on a persons face. Hormones also control a persons actions, thoughts and behaviors. For example:…

I wouldn't date a fat chick because I'm not attracted to them. However being fat isn't always a character flaw. I recently lost 65 pounds. I didn't gain the weight because I was lazy or had a character flaw. I'm insulin resistant. I can't process Sugar or Carbs properly. That's what caused the weight gain. It's a huge issue for a LOT of people. It took me 10 years to figure out what the real problem was. I have a lot of empathy for fat people. IMO - Most of the time, it's not entirely their faul…

Pretty much... Everyone wants their good deeds to be reciprocated in one way or another. Men expect it to be returned in the form of affection, loyalty and respect. I'm somewhat new to TRP. One of the problems seems to be the way everyone is only able to see the world through our own eyes and experiences. This prevents us from seeing the BIGGER Picture for what it really is. For example: Men are like Dogs. They don't understand the mindset of the Cat so they have no idea how to make a Cat happy.…

Thanks for posting the question but I don't really know how to answer it. I think the key is understanding why women ask for about 80% of all divorces. I heard a joke one time: Women get married hoping their Husband will change but he never does. Men get married hoping their Wife will never change but she does. I think that a lot of truth is in that statement. The wife hopes her man will change. She typically isn't satisfied with the guy even from the beginning. Things typically go down hill fro…

One of the top comments there was from an Asian women who has a strong preference for Caucasian men because Asian men are way too feminine and expect their women act like traditional housewives. All I have to say is if you prefer Asian women (for whatever reason) then you should move to where all the Asian women are. That's what I did. Life is good. Edit: Also... If you look at the statistics in Hawaii, I'm sure you'll see that Asians mostly marry other Asians as well. But - That shouldn't surprise anyone. True but the Web Designer jobs that pay anywhere near $80K require an amazing amount of experience working with major brands and programing qualifications, etc. it's out if reach for all but a few.
