Much advice will depend upon whether or not you are currently healthy, overweight, exercising, etc. That being said, here are some pointers. Also, I find that incrementally making dietary changes is the easiest way. So start by changing your first meal and get that locked down everyday. Then work over time to develop additional meals and cutting out garbage. Also, go to the Doctor and get a blood test. Get your vitamin levels check and make sure you aren't deficient in anything. Eat a breakfast …

Milk and Water should be the only liquids you consume. Milk is good because lactose has no fructose in it. Fructose is metabolized almost 100% by your liver, which is bad news bears if you want to lose weight. You should also lift heavy weights. This won't contribute as much to your weight, as to your inches per say. The other benefit is the more muscle you develop, the more energy your body will consume at rest, meaning it is easier to lose weight when you are exercising. Heavy lifting also cau…

What do you have in your cabinets at home? What do you eat on a daily basis? Post this and I will tell you what to get rid of/what to add. If you have any drinks with sugar in them (i.e. Orange Juice, Coke, Vitamin Water, etc) throw them out. All sugar + no fiber = No Good

Actually, you're incorrect about this. The batteries were PREVIOUSLY bad for the enviornment because they were Nickel Hydride batteries. Lithium Ion Batteries, and particularly those used at Tesla are over 90% recyclable. It is considerably better for the environment in all aspects even if the power is primarily produced by shit resources such as coal and oil. This is because these are on mass scales, not in your inefficient car engine.

Mate, I am also self-employed. Go travel. Don't buy property anywhere. Use AirBnB to book your stays when you can because it's cheap and you can book long or short durations in actual homes/apartments, etc. You are one of the few people with the benefit of not being landlocked. Use that to your advantage.

Red pill philosophy, steroid junky, self-help advice? 1) Red pill is not a philosophy 2) You don't have to do steroids 3) Self-help is an industry to make money full of quick fixes. This is a fundamental way to change and improve your life and you don't have to spend a dime here to do so. The recommended readings are not self-help books. I'm not really sure what you're getting at here. This post is centering your goals around sleeping with women, which is not what anyone here would recommend. Th…

Feeling like shit seems a little dramatic. I'm not certain that I agree with you, because I used to sleep longer. I work out at 5am, eat healthy, only have 1 cup of coffee a day, get tons of focused work done, and spend a couple hours every night reading. I don't feel drained throughout this process. In fact, sleeping any many times will make me feel groggy / slower throughout the day.
/r/TheRedPill31/07/15 03:27 PM

I only sleep 5 hours a night. Going to bed at 12 and waking up at 5, but this seems to be very sustainable for me. Should I be sleeping longer? I don't feel tired at all until I hit my mattress at night.

Hey dude, I actually have a very mild version of this. Hands only. Writing gets painful pretty quick. I used to shake really bad in my hands when I would have caffeine, but I think going to the gym has more or less stopped the symptoms all together. Have you read the book "How to fail at almost everything and still win big" by Scott Adams? He is the writer of Dilbert and he is also the first person to beat focal dysphonia and spasmodic dysphonia, which I believe are both neurologically based. He…

The appropriate thing to do would have been to a) not respond or b) Respond 24 hours later saying "Oh thank god, I completely forgot about us going out and ended up doing ____" The way you responded makes it seem like this date was really important to you and her canceling ruined your day. Always have a backup plan.

I think the key is to stop being angry/suspicious about everything because it sub-communicates in every interaction you have. The biggest problem with this subreddit is that people immediately jump to "SLUT, WHORE, BITCH," similar to the way I did during this encounter. Frankly, I was wrong. I ended up contacting her and being honest about how I was disappointed we skipped hanging out. We ended up spending some more time together, but it ended. If I had not been emotional over this whole thing, …

You know, I reached out to her today and just said I think we had a miscommunication. She was happy to meet up again. I went out with her tonight. We kissed a bit, but when I suggested going back to my place, she said she wanted to give that some space for a bit. Hopefully, I'll be able to work that back in before I leave. Thanks for you comment. I was really hoping a female would weigh in.

I think it comes down to this. I set dates at places I want to go. Places I will actually have fun at. This means I have a blast, so she has a blast. I take a girls hand, or waist. Once I get into a couple of dates, I take her by the neck. I lead her where we're going. I don't sit around waiting for messages. I set times and dates quickly. I don't apologize anymore, unless I truly have fucked up. I tease girls. If a girl tries to kiss me next to a pool, I push her in. My priority is to have fun.…

I do learn from my experiences. I appreciate this post, because I would like to leave depression behind. I actually agree with you to an extent. I do believe there are women worth marrying out there. I also believe if you are truly an Alpha male that you can deal with these issues long term. The issue is I haven't internalized all of this Alpha behavior. This is probably the first girl that all of it has come naturally. I had a moment of self-doubt which led to ED. Then this just killed everything. I said we should wait a minute and try again. When we started back up, she said she wasn't interested…

Yeah, I wasn't mean to her, but I do believe you're right to an extent. She very well may have had the best intentions and wanted to get to the quality time. In this case, I really fucked up, but even before I started to realize these things, I wasn't getting into it. Something felt off. I think she felt the same thing honestly. She had a great time with me previously, but there was a look between us that was pretty rough.

I did have a long talk with her after we had sex. I also talked with her right after this happened and suggested we just wait a minute and try again. When we started up again, she wasn't into it and suggested I leave. I said we'd hang out tomorrow and went to kiss her. She just turned her head.

Hey thank you for your response. I didn't up and leave though. I actually suggested we try again in a minute and just told her things felt a bit rushed/forced. She was a bit quiet about the whole thing, but understanding. I went back to it a few minutes later, only to have her say the same thing. We looked at each other and she asked if she could take me back to my moto. When we were back at my bike, I told her we could meet up tomorrow and went to kiss her. She turned her head. It was over.

Scott Adams, the creator of Dilbert, writes about having "Systems" rather than goals in his book "How to fail at almost everything and still win big." Essentially it is what you describe as microgoals. Rather than state "I am going to lose 10 pounds," which is a goal that you will fail at everyday until you lose 10 pounds. You would state "I will go to the gym everyday" and "I will eat 3 homecooked meals consisting of meats and vegetables everyday." It's just a simple way to make your mindset mo…

Not to sound like a complete moron, but "escalate?" Obviously I understand the term, but I guess I felt like we were being physical? Give me some examples of further "in public" escalation. It's possible I just jumped the gun. When she suggested leaving, it's very likely she had something else in the back of her mind that we would do after.

Since you're getting shit on a bit, I'll give you some honest input. She probably thinks you're cute and interesting, but given her life circumstances she doesn't want to get invested in you. This is why it's so important to approach a lot of women. Many of them will be unavailable to some extent and it literally has nothing to do with you.
/r/askTRP27/04/15 04:43 AM

Have you read book of pook? Honestly, it just sounds like you are overthinking everything. You also seem highly invested in this girl. https://bookofpook.neocities.org/ If she was smiling and looking away, have you considered that she might have been intimidated by you? Did she touch you back at all? You should be joking around and having fun. If you touch her whatsoever, you are showing sexual interest in her. You should relax. You sound like you are trying to be a TRP robot or something.
/r/askTRP25/04/15 11:26 PM

I smile a shit load man. You should smile because you're happy. If a girl makes you nervous, so what? Smile and use that energy. Stoicism doesn't mean you have to walk around like a dude with a temper problem.

Hey man. In response to your red pill post, can I get some advice. She called me today to tell me she was uncomfortable taking the shot I bought her. She also said she was a little uncomfortable when I was kissing her because she felt like she couldn't say no. Hey thanks man. You're right about the doubt. That's definitely where it is coming from. I'm also newer in the alpha, telling a girl what to do approach, so I'm still breaking myself into that frame. As far as SMV, I'm doing pretty well financially, but certainly not crazy good. My college debt is almost gone. I'm 5'9", big jaw line, tamed beard, shaved head and pretty good looking IMO, but probably not every girls dream. I'm pretty toned as well, but not huge (165lbs roughly).

Hey man, thank you. This is really helpful, because the submissive, reluctant behavior was definitely unexpected. Insecurity makes sense. Wish I wouldn't have exhibited that bluepill behavior, but it does seem like that was tiny in the grand scheme of things. I definitely never asked what was wrong or broke frame. I did talk to her a lot, just not on much of a personal level. I also knew her previously because we are both actors. I think you missed part of the mark with me. I was playful. I certainly wasn't grunting or being silent. She was laughing and having fun. She had a big grin on her face when I was kissing her and she was laughing then as well

Yeah, I think overall I just didn't establish a personal connection with her. While I was having fun, I didn't give her much emotionally to work with. Any chance I could send her a follow up of any kind to try and build a more personal connection? Maybe coffee or something less dingy than a bar?

It's sad that not getting drunk for 16 days in a row would qualify in anyone's eyes that you are "boring as fuck." I would say you're the only person of any merit for avoiding that. Fuck what other people think. Fun is a part of your personality and having an active lifestyle. When I was 19, I didn't like getting wasted either, but I didn't understand what the alternatives were supposed to be. Hobbies and interests. Develop them. Network. Succeed.

/r/askTRP

To provide a different perspective from the other comments here (which are spot on)... The only thing that will be consistent in life is the awareness that you exist. By being comfortable with this, and this alone, you will begin to reduce your attachment to things around you. Your circumstances will change, your hobbies will change, your body will change, and your friends will change, but your awareness is eternal. You shouldn't get attached to your hobbies, because injuries or life circumstanc…

It just depends on how the person views their sense of value compared to yours. If you are an NFL quarterback dating an average Joey, you might find them more loyal / interested because they view you as the best they can do. Dread is pretty subtle. If you aren't interested in what someone has to say and that is coming across in your body language, then they start wondering what the fuck is so important that you aren't giving them your undivided attention. Ex. I own a business, I'm always busy, I don't respond to many texts and emails because I get so many. When women don't get texted back, they wonder why and create their own reasons. I'm actually not trying to do anything devious, but it ends up working in my favor…
