9 out of 10 times, the replies for posts here is yes, but here's the scenario for your logical consideration. I'll be thorough so if you won't read it, please don't reply.

I've seen a girl one night per week for the last 4-5 weeks -- she works at a pool hall and I just talk to her a bit before/after I shoot. Honestly and contrary to the typical goal here, I'd like an LTR so I'm selective based on common interests when I seek a woman. (Part of the reason for this is I'm into some kinky shit and would rather not propose this stuff to a bunch of women, but one I could possibly get into it with and would enjoy being around long-term.) I know and respect RP info, but I don't go for lots of sexual partners. My general interests are rare to find, esp w/an attractive and intelligent woman, but she actually fits the bill. One might classify this as "oneitis", but it's not...I'd just personally rather be alone than fucking random girls without the kink I like.

So, 4 weeks ago (the 2nd consecutive night I attended), I asked if she'd like me to make sure she got to her car safely (2am closing time, she closes alone, the lot is big and very dark.) She blushed and said she could defend herself and that her car was parked close. We talked for a min and then I left.

Last week, I couldn't make it in and tonight she was even more enthusiastic and talkative (most ever) -- I've consistently worked up to this point as she used to be stand-offish/quiet/short. We spoke for about 15 mins. So, once I finished shooting pool, I asked, "Would you be interested in swapping numbers and we can figure out something to do together?" She again blushed (2nd time ever, not common) and said she wasn't sure that was a good idea because she is about to finish school and is moving. Specifically, she has one semester left at college before graduation, her roommates are graduating next week, and her lease is almost up. (She's also double major and has 2 jobs, as she told me weeks ago.) She doesn't even know where she's going to live for that time and doesn't know what school she'll continue at after her Bachelor's. She then said "I'll be here though" (the pool hall) and I said "Alright I guess I'll try to see you then." (I still want to shoot pool.) Then I left due to closing time.

So, what exactly do you guys think happened here? Was she just saying stuff to let me down easy? Or is it possible she likes me and is also seeking an LTR, but doesn't want to get into something right now due to the uncertainty of her future vis-à-vis her imminent housing and school changes? Or do you have an alternate theory? If I just ran around and spun plates, I wouldn't care and I'd right away move on, but I'd like to at least get some outside perspective before (if) I move on (not give it another go down the line if she's sticking around) because years separate finding a woman I actually want to pursue. Yes, fucking years. This is why I care.
