I don’t think attractiveness is the issue it’s something I’m doing during the dates... I’m getting dates in the first place so they must find me at least handsome Also I have 47 kills at 23, I can’t be that unattractive. When I bed women I usually here “you have such a nice body omg” or “you’re so sexy” problem is I can’t keep women around

Thanks for the comment man I appreciate it. Going to keep on trying and hopefully I figure out what it is.

I know and I’m trying to figure out what it might be so I can get started on improving on that weakness. I might even start asking girls what it was cause I won’t see them again

I don’t know where to get started, that’s why I asked this question... I’ve had a decent amount of success with women but when it comes to first dates I just suck I’ve been on so many in the past few months and I just get rejected 4 times out of 5

They don’t cancel I just usually get stuck at 1 date and things don’t go anywhere after that

This whole paragraph really resonates with me. Glad to know it’s not just me

I had a girl from another town come to my town for drinks She said she’d come if she could crash on the couch after if she didn’t want to drive home I said sure knowing full well the chances of her sleeping on the couch were slim That night I ended up fucking her for 8 hours with a few breaks here and there

“Hi, I thought you were cute and just wanted to introduce my self” Or “Excuse me, I wanted to ask you something...” Her: what “If a guy thinks a girl is attractive, do you think he should go up to her and introduce himself” Her: yes “Hi my names....” Or in the middle of the interaction “You’re pretty cute, I’d like to take you out sometime” All seem to work pretty well for cold approaches

Before you went back to the locker room you could’ve said “I think you’re cute, let’s go out sometime” then swapped numbers and said goodbye After what followed was a bunch of unnecessary stuff tbh kind of autistic but that’s ok we’ve been there I think you did okay (in the beginning of the interaction at least) but you should be more direct and lead

I’m in the exact same situation as you, just can’t figure out what it is sometimes. Usually just one date but with girls I’m successful with I don’t even care about cause it’s the ones that ghosted me keep me wondering what it was. Cheers

I have the same problem lol No problem getting dates, only text for logistics etc but can usually never make it past one date, get ghosted a lot of the time after which I’ll be honest - kind of hurts, especially from girls I’m not really interested in just want to practice on... That being said I have an n-count of over 40 and I’m 23 so I’m doing better than a lot of guys I guess, I can never just keep it going with a girl though, most of my kills are one night stands I’m done trying for a bit I…

I do stuff like this but I think I come off as shy and quiet, and the opposite of big dick energy (see my comment above) Anything else you think I’m doing that could be fucking it up?

I’ve recently been struggling with dating and I have been doing this but it’s really been failing for me Background: I’m 6’1 195lbs, and around 15% bf (people can tell I work out) and I have an attractive face. I am 23 years old and have an n count of 42, most being one night stands (tinder) or girls from the bar so I don’t think SMV is an issue for hooking up however..... I can get dates pretty easily (some weeks 3-4), and no flakes either. I text only for logistics and girls will sometimes mes…

not saying it's anything amazing cause it's not, just saying I'm not in poor shape I have only been lifting (seriously at least) for maybe 8 months now, before I could not even squat 135 so I've made some progress I focus on high volume with good form and it seems to be working for me On more than one occasion girls have told me I have "the perfect body" "big but not too big"

game is decent, far from perfect but good enough to some how land 32 kills (im only 21) as far as looks go, when i am out i will have girls approach me sometimes (one time i even had one come up to me and ask why i was ignoring her, and later why i didnt want to take her home), and if not then i always catch IOI's like mad i can attribute to most of my sexual success by looks carrying my relatively weaker game confidence: my good posture is often noted, and people have told me on more than one o…

I'm back, did you miss me? I would like to respectfully disagree with what you just posted :) The first article you sent me is from 1995, and while there is nothing inherently wrong with referencing a paper which was published a while ago, especially if it is revolutionary. However, there have been papers published in the last few years which question the authenticity of the results and conclusions made in previous work as: 1) There are only a limited number of studies which investigate the rela…

i understand the argument you are making about dietary cholesterol intake with FOOD A & B let me just start with this all dietary cholesterol consumed does not necessarily turn into plaque that clogs your arteries, 70% of blood cholesterol is transported by HDL back to the liver for further metabolism and the a large majority of the rest is taken up by cells if there obviously is a huge increase in blood LDL levels (for DECADES) yes its not good the authours of the paper state that the average a…

yes but the question is consumption to what degree... removing all cholesterol isnt necessarily better than a diet which has some cholesterol if this is objectively true, maybe you could provide me with the odds ratio and relative risk values for the claims you have just made

cholesterol is unhealthy? it is required by the body for membrane biosynthesis, hormone production (testosterone) and other import processes lots of things in excess are bad (which you didn't even state, you just said it was bad unhealthy in general), even breathing pure oxygen will form harmful free radicals causing protein/lipid peroxidation have you heard of HDL cholesterol? maybe do a quick google search

"MD/PhD" lol his research? i could only find one published paper which he was an authour, maybe you could direct me all you have to do is google "proteinaholics inaccuracies" but yes i am blindly following the social norm and u r divine vegan god

hey not sure if you saw my other comment but anyways ya ill repost it here and maybe elaborate on some of it im a fourth year biochemistry student, i took a course on metabolic processes last semester I will have to check out my cholesterol levels I think. My diet is insanely high in dietary cholesterol but I am very fit so hopefully im not in bad shape insulin resistance and its relation between carbohydrates and lipid High serum glucose levels are bad because about 1% of glucose exists in an o…

I wouldn't say I know a lot on this topic, I'm just a fourth year biochemistry student who's done a little bit of reading and googling. So yes, the TLDR is don't worry too much about dietary intake of cholesterol, blood/serum levels of cholesterol have more to do with poor diet WITH lack of exercise. I wouldn't worry about saturated fat too much either, and mono or polyunsaturated can be said to have health benefits but only in moderation. I don't think a diet high in saturated fat, which is hig…

I will agree with you on removing bacon from the morning breakfast, mainly due to high calories and low nutrition profile, I would like to take a moment to dismantle your preconceived notion between dietary cholesterol intake and atherosclerosis. Blood cholesterol levels are primarily determined by genetic make up and not necessarily dietary intake. Lets take a look into this further. Cholesterol is one of the products in the mevalonate pathway, which is required for the body in a number of anab…

Honestly I could write a short novel on this (probably will here) but anyways. Let me begin with saying that I was brought into the scene by a veteran who showed me the ropes and I have since then taken a few people under my wing and shown them the true beauty which is electronic music. To start, I would say familiarize yourself with the different genres. People can be exposed to a few different genres and paint it with a broad brush as EDM, when they are all very distinct. Check out this image …

I know it's tempting to show up leftists with arguments that are rooted in logic and empiricism, especially on such a hot topic like this. BUT DO NOT DO IT Do something else, people will throw labels at you left right and center which you do not want, keep it to yourself.

No problem man, I feel like my previous self might have posted this and wish someone could've replied. I can't emphasize quitting weed enough though. You'll wish you had stopped earlier. All my stoner friends who quit it with me all agree on it, we did not realize how destructive it was until we quit. None of us have looked back since. All the best man, you are on the right path and it gets much easier from here, I promise.

Hey I was in the same spot as you about 2 years ago, I am now graduating this semester as well but things have very much changed for the better. Everything you described in your post was basically me. Smoking weed/anti social, fit and good looking however but still had a hard time making friends. STOP SMOKING WEED I used to burn every day for like two years, I didn't realize how big of an impact it had on my life until I quit. I haven't looked back since. It has helped me so much. Don't listen t…
