You're welcome. I honestly had no idea what I was doing when I was a teenager, so I get it. Haha. You're probably miles ahead of where I was at when I was that age.

I think the charismatic man wouldn't be bothered by the fact that his message got left on seen in the first place. He'd probably be aware that she might have just read it and got busy doing something else but still plans to respond. He'd probably just let it sit while he goes about his life. Also, I don't know the whole story, but based on the details you provided, to say a block would be childish would be an understatement. Just leave it be... As for face to face meeting in the future: Treat he…

Field Report: Went to the beach today to practice my opens. Only got one approach done. Didn't come back with a number, but I think it went really well in terms of my own personal growth. Report: I saw a cute girl (9.5/10) walking along the grassy path that runs alongside the beach. I had been on the beach, but after seeing her, I quickly got on the path and pretended that I had been casually walking on it the whole time. She motions to take a wide birth around me (probably ~ 6ft). Feigning disi…

Not being able to get it up sucks. Sadly, I have a lot of experience with this also. It has definitely fucked with my confidence. Might not be that similar to your experience, but I'll tell you my story in solidarity. Although with certain women I seem to be able to get it up just fine, with others I have just never been able to. My take is that the times I wasn't able to were simply symptomatic of bad sexual chemistry. I think as men, we are led to believe that we should be able to just get har…

I'm assuming the main issue here is the self-isolation due to Coronavirus, right? I would just wait it out. Don't text him that much if he's not really texting you back rn. In my experience, FWB's are mainly about sex, and often light on the friendship side. If you're isolating, you obviously won't be having sex, so it probably will put the relationship on hold for a while. That's ok. It'll still be an option after this whole thing blows over (hopefully it blows over soon).

I know the feeling. Every time I miss an opportunity like that, I come home and just want to kill myself for the rest of the day. Sorta had a similar one right before COVID hit as well.

The premise that teenagers are able to have sex and start relationships so fucking easily is not even correct. I was a teenager once, and believe me, I wasn't having a ton of sex.

" It felt so natural ..." Continue with letting things happen naturally. If you're just going on a lunch date with her next, you should just talk, flirt verbally, etc. You shouldn't really be too concerned with trying to, like, kiss her or anything. If the lunch date is fun, you'll probably follow it up with a more intimate date, like watching a movie at one of your places, or getting a drink and then coming home. Then it will be very natural to make a move for a kiss. But yeah, keep it natural.…

Have you tried dating women in your league? It's not all that bad. Actually, imo, it's the best. Look, if you don't think you're a 10/10 or even an 8/10, you're probably right. Lol. And that's ok. Not everyone is gonna be 10/10. You shouldn't feel any pressure to date 10/10 girls, or any girls out of your league for that matter. If you really focus on your game for a long, long, long time, maybe you can date girls out of your league, but for now (and just in general) don't sweat it, dude. Just f…

What is the "gaming" in this context? Are you talking about staying abundant or just like staying fit, active, healthy, etc?
/r/seduction31/12/19 11:18 PM
34

Well, not working on yourself is one thing, and not gaming your gf is another. I feel like you obviously shouldn't stop working on yourself - gotta stay healthy, gotta stay fit, gotta stay active, gotta focus on what you care about - but the whole gaming your gf thing seems wrong to me. I don't even know if that's what you were getting at, but I see the sentiment a lot. I feel like if you have to continually "game" deep into a relationship, your girl doesn't actually like you for who you are.
/r/seduction31/12/19 11:14 PM
52

In your narrative, there seems to be no point at which you can finally relax and just enjoy a relationship with the hypothetical girl. You always have to be "on your game", so to speak. To the end of time, it seems. So, do you think this is the case or is there some point when you can finally let your guard down? If so, what/when is this point?

Yeah, I've wondered about it before... I'm not really convinced it's the root of the problem, but it's not hard to believe that it could be in certain cases. I don't know... I've had gf's that I had no problem having sex with. Ironically, they were less attractive than the girls that I am finding it difficult to have sex with.

I appreciate this comment. I don't think I am generally asexual, but with these really beautiful girls that I have monster crushes on, I think I kind of just feel that romantic pull only. I think in most people the sexual and romantic feelings overlap typically, but I actually find them independent of one another frequently. Maybe it's just that I would need more time with one of these girls to draw out that sexual attraction... Or maybe I would only ever feel romantically and not sexually..? Th…

Hmm. Good question. Well, supposedly, now you will have stuff to talk about. So, try to center convos around your common interests. This will be fun for both of you and will also show that you care about more than her looks. Maybe you can also tease her about "flaws" that you understand (maybe share) with her. Like maybe she's kinda dorky, and you totally get it and are attracted to it, bc you are similar, or you just like it or whatever. If you share a hobby, you can qualify to her by showing y…

Maybe you shouldn't pursue girls that you don't really like in this way. Maybe you should filter for girls who you find cute, but also have some personality aspects that you are genuinely interested in. Sometimes, I think being pickier can actually make your game easier, bc you can find congruence more naturally.

Yeah man, it sucks sometimes. I feel you. Probably about to write way too much here, but anyways... Girls usually default to doing stuff like this instead of being up front and saying no to guys. One time, I asked for this girl's number. She gave it to me, and when she entered her number she typed her first and last name into my phone as a contact, and seemed really happy to do so. I thought this was a great sign. But when I texted her, she didn't text me back. I was sure I had gotten the wrong …

Yeah, SpinPlates is probably right. Two weeks? That's pretty crazy. Unless she's like a CEO and constantly in her calendar scheduling things, saying two weeks probably just means she wasn't intersted and is blowing you off. Like I said, you can try to create some value with her through text, but SpinPlates is probably right - you should just pursue other girls.

I think this is great advice. According to his post, he's not out of town though. Haha. I don't know where you got that from. That would be convenient, cus there would be a great natural reason to not text her for a while. Given the two week time frame, that would have be kind of convenient though... Anyways, two weeks is too long to not text. She might forget about the date, or worse, you all-together. You should probably text her occasionally. Not every day, but maybe once or twice each week. …

Yeah, well said. I would err' on the side of being slower than her to text back, but you don't have to deliberately take half a day each time. If she's texting you a lot and responding immediately, you can be like 10 minutes slow. Just finishing what you're doing is a good rule of thumb for that.

You probably need to move on for now. Pursue other girls. Realize that the majority of relationship attempts don't work out. Failure, burn out, fading... it's all just a natural part of the process, and you need to be able to deal with it without breaking down. I'm not saying it won't hurt, but you need to be able to work through that level of pain fairly easily and keep moving forward. Think, pain level - sunburn. It burns, but you don't call in sick to work over a sunburn. There could be a cha…

You're thinking way too much about this one approach, apparently the only one you did in your entire life. Haha. We've all been there. But seriously, don't think about this one that much... Do 10 more approaches. Then do another 90. You'll get good through direct experience, not through supposed experts on the internet critiquing you.

Do you realize that this is the pick up subreddit?? Lol... What do you think people are gonna tell you? You need to try talking to girls, dude. Ok, seriously tho, you do. I think most of the people in this sub have been here at one point or another. Nice! I don't even think this just applies to shy girls, btw. I think that kino stuff is more relevant for night life game. I think like "normal dating" game gets kind of forgotten in this community. Go on a couple dates. Do a date alone at one's apartment (drinks, movie, netflix). It is then totally appropriate to go for a kiss at some point (obviously, still calibrate to the moment). Maybe you will still get rejected, honestly that's rare if a girl has chosen to spend her night alone with you …

I think with shy girls, you can just throw kino out the window at first. Focus on the non-touching stuff first. The eye contact, the verbal rapport, making her laugh, etc. On the third date or so, you will likely end up alone at one of your places... Maybe your sitting on the couch, kind of close. Then, you know, you probably will just start making out. Boom. I think shy girls will let you in situationally and would rather accept a kiss move once she's let you be with her alone then all this for…

Since the gym is a place people go to regularly you can play a longer game on girls you are interested in. You don't necessarily have to number close on a girl the first time you see her if you know she's a regular there and you will likely see her again. Maybe start with just a smile. If she smiles back maybe the next time you see her, you say hi and have some kind of short, casual conversation. Unlike the club, you will have time and repetition to build rapport. Then again, not everyone is a r…

I've also experienced some of the feelings you're describing. Struggling to be authentic, worried about ruining my reputation, worried about being creepy... I think one potential solution to this problem is to embrace the authenticity issue. Look, on a college campus there could be like 10-20 cute girls each day that you'd be more than happy to sleep with, but you aren't going to be very sincere about any one of them in particular, bc there are so many. For them, they will sense the lack of sinc…

I am also dealing with this. I don't know exactly what to do, but I think it definitely revolves around being honest and upfront. Saying you aren't looking for exclusive relationships, mainly looking to have fun, making it known that you are seeing other women. I think you just gotta make that stuff known, and then these people should be able to make their own decision about what's right for them and their needs.

I honestly don't know why you are getting downvoted. Pretty sound comment imo. Bscly saying be honest, be upfront... Pretty fair in my book.

Sorry to hear that, man. It is hard out there for sure. It doesn't work out most of the time. I guess that's one reason why "game" is so important.. It's really a numbers game, and you gotta try to date a lot of women to have the hope of finding something that works. I'm going through this as well.. Take some time to be sad if you need it, but then pick yourself up and keep trying.

It sounds like you already have the ability to choose. If you're able to pull girls that you are falling in love with, it sounds like you fuckin made it bro. I don't know when RSD said that thing about being 40, but I think that's one of the most ridiculous concepts I've heard in a while. Scoff-worthy. Lol. I sorta doubt RSD actually said that, but honestly this PUA shit becomes bullshit really quickly, and this sentiment is a great example of it. If you've got a girl who you fucking love.... du…

I feel your pain, bro. I have found myself in this situation so many times, and I have to admit - usually I don't say anything. I think it's important to accept just how awkward and uncomfortable doing this can be. Don't beat yourself up for being nervous and feeling awkward about it. That is just how it is. I think accepting that fact can make it easier. Otherwise, you might think that if you could just feel differently you'd be better off. You won't feel differently. It's some awkward shit for…

... how easy is to seduce someone when you actually like them . Dude yes. I feel like when you have a genuine interest in someone the progression kinda comes naturally, bc it is hardwired. Particularly, when they also have an interest in you... Sounds easy when put that way, but of course one needs to build the confidence in themselves to actually take on these pursuits, and honestly I think the seduction community can help with this. I think the main thing that you should change long before truly giving up is the fact that you live at home with your parents. I think this will improve the situation significantly. You don't need to be rich, dude. But you need to be standing on your own two feet. The other thing I'd say is maybe try to figure out who would actually see value in you. You say you're chasing people who don't, but I'm sure someone in that big town will see you. For now, work with those folks, and try to improve you…

I would recommend asking girls out on dates. It sounds like you need to identify who's actually down for you... A great way to start doing that is asking girls out. If they agree to go have a drink with you or whatever, that's a pretty good sign that they are into you. If they agree to go on a second, even third date with you, you should feel pretty confident making a move. Maybe you need that logical confirmation first.

Well, let me start by saying - it's a good problem to have. I've seen many tall guys who like hunch over a lot, and they do this because they are obviously insecure about their height. Whatever you do, don't do it. It's not a good look. I get the reason for the insecurity about it, but you have no choice but to own it, or wear your insecurity like they do (it's pretty cringey, so please don't do it). Stay conscious of how you stand. Stand up tall and straight. This is who you are. Own it at all …

What the fuck is that youaredeaf account? Haha... Anyways, I needed to hear the explanation to understand what you meant. I'm assuming you're in high school. At least you have that car, despite it being small and shitty. I did most of my hooking up (which wasn't very much) in my small shitty car when I was in high school. Since you're in high school, having a shitty car is probably not a big deal. If you're 30 and have a shitty car, well now that's gonna work against you. Anyways, the car can wo…

That sounds really hard man. I'm sorry to hear you're going through this. I'd say at the very least, open yourself up to meeting new people and getting involved with new relationships. That's like an intermediary step between being totally stuck on this other girl and totally moving on. It might help you to just simply be open to the idea of meeting someone new who is great. Go out, try to be social, just be open to new people. Eventually someone will come along who's pretty alright, and you mig…

I see. I dunno, man. Personally I don't think it's really that important for the first date. I think you can get that shit in during the parts where you're not sitting at the table talking. Like when you're walking to the car after the date, bump shoulders, give the hug, all that... As long as there's a second date and things escalate from the first date, you're fine. I think the function of the first date is primarily to establish verbal rapport. The second date will likely be over drinks (alco…

Can you think of anyone who you might be kinda ok with being naked around? Like maybe some chick who's kinda ugly, or awkward, or fat, or too skinny or something? I experience a little bit of this myself, but there are certain people who I don't get the anxiety with at all, and those people have their own insecurities which balance mine. Across dude... Don't get too caught up in this pickup bullshit. She's just a human being and planning to sit next to her on the first date is kind of crazy. Some may say its "alpha behavior", but I think that's bullshit. Do what makes the combination of you and her feel the most comfortable. Probably that means sitting across from her. Not saying there aren't times when sitting next to her wouldn't be ok, but for the most part.. across, for sure. It's a coffee shop. If I saw people sitting side …

You are dealing with it, and you are making significant progress. Honestly, if you get to know this girl better, that will probably help the anxiety a lot. It's natural to be anxious doing that ki…
