Mgtow here so don't blast me out of the water. It looks like a variation of a yoga pose which is quite difficult to do and indeed very good exercise, it helped my climbing a lot. Now onto the attention seeker, be gone Thot. Constantly filming and photographing yourself for validation is why you are headed for a mental breakdown and many cats.
