This has happened to me so many times especially on my way back from the gym on the subway. I always make up excuses but deep down I feel like a bitch.

First of all... I do bake for a 2-12 hours for each text. But your right, my transition was awful and unatural. Pics agreed, I seriously need to upgrade them. So If I screw up like this, do I just let the convo go or is it redeemable. I don't care what happens I just trying to understand how this game works.

I see where your coming from, my pictures are shitty, I am not one to snap every aspect of my life so my pictures suck... I am thinking of getting a professional photo done and getting a couple of friends to help me take photos. And why did I say I am an 8/10. - I lift, play soccer and do workouts oriented around soccer - Very athletic... my vertical is 34" and my sprint speed is on par with the fastest soccer players 34 kph+ - Recent electrical engineering grad, doing software eng And instead o…

Ugghh, you know which show is notorious for this, The 100. 90% of the authorative positions are held by women. Especially this group called the grounders who are a warrior pre-industrial tribe where strength rules. The major men in the show are killed off, sacrificed, delusional and obviously majorly flawed.

People on this sub like to bash women for being narcisstic and insecure because they have been validated just for being hot and a women, but anyone can fall prey to this. Fundamentally, if you grew up being validated for that one thing by everyone around you, even if that one thing's value is over exaggerated, it will get to your head and you will act accordingly. You will also become insecure because your image is based around that one thing and how you achieve your needs is based around that o…

I don't dispute that IQ is inherited, the problem is that IQ is a very weak predictor of success and that OP is attributing success to IQ which is inherited from the parents. One only requires a minimum IQ level to be successful the rest is determined by ones belief system and grit.
/r/TheRedPill21/02/16 05:15 PM

This is well written, but I would like to point out, it's not necessarily IQ that determines a person's social standing and what they contribute to society. It's the lifestyle and belief system that was ingrained into them since they were a child. The "High IQ" women, your referring to, were women who at least came from a middle class family who valued higher education. The "Low IQ" women your referring to had the opposite familial circumstance most likely. The male born to the "Low IQ" women, i…

Great posts. The best way to naturally improve your frame control is to genunily improve in your life. Because as one becomes the real deal, they can easily spot the bullshit in the shit people say and knock them off the hamster wheel easily. Why? Because half the battle is kicking yourself off your own hamster wheel and doing what it truly takes to get it done. All those excuses you hear people give, you thought it too in one way or the other, and you know how to not let it define you.

When it comes to women, the "emotional connection" goes as far as this. That emotional comfort you seek will only come after your have proven you are a high value male. If you want to be "yourself", yourself must have alpha characteristics, if you don't feel like your cannot be yourself, than my friend your not as high value as you think.

I wouldn't mind spending money my kids if it gives them skills and learning experiences that will be useful for them later and life. The key thing here is to teach them value of money and to be careful and shit. As for the wife you gotta hold solid frame on money.

I've beginning to realize this more and more over the past year. The thing with setting goals, is that they can easily change because you realize what you truly care about or life changes. So achieving the goal, is not the most important thing. The most important thing, is the daily commitment, the daily grind. And it's actually pretty fucking mundane, it's repetitive. You won't be making highlight reels everyday. It's also important to remember, that when your learning something for the first t…

When I read something like this, it makes me wonder, is this AWALT or a lack of values on your mother's part. There are plenty of women AND men who would blow through money that comes there way and it was because they simply do not understand the value of money. Although the women is clearly a bitch, your solution doesn't really do anything productive. The women doesn't get reprimanded in any way. You just screw over the hotel a bit. Which can come back to haunt you, your employer will ask why did you install the carpet when you knew it was ruined. The best thing to do is to go to your superior's and explain the situation to ensure your not liable to the damaged carpet and that you talked to the hotel manager and he did nothing about it.

I read this and I see a man that does not trust the world around him and does not trust himself, which is perfectly understandable because you've been manipulated by people all your life. I don't really know how but you should start by learning how to trust yourself. People suck at times so at the times, but you should eventually learn how to trust ppl when you know deep down they are not gaming you.

Your not getting it dude. You picked the wrong article to analyze RP principles man. She is not stupid, obviously her looks is what got her foot in the door. And you know what she is right. Her success is not based on her looks, it is a very small piece of the puzzle. Her success is her being able to play the model game very well. And if you can't understand that, you don't understand how the world works.
/r/TheRedPill13/11/15 10:55 PM

I interpret taking the redpill as reading, understanding and accepting the basic facts of life that has been hidden from us for so long. But even then, you have not taken the redpill, because there are alot of aspects, that you cannot understand by reading. You gotta go out there and see it for yourself and feel the joys and pain of experiencing the world from a redpill POV. Only then can you say you have taken the redpill.

400 million dollars is a shit ton of money. There are plenty of girls who are just as hot and hotter than Gisele, but they don't attain that level of wealth or fame. Her looks alone is definetly not enough to attain what she has. in the model world, being hot is the minimum. Since she is at the top of the model world, she most definitely had to be Machiavellian as fuck to get there and that ain't easy.

What's your opinion on a girl that invests heavily in you, she pays for dinners movies, buys me bday presents w/o expecting anything major in return, gave me her Netflix account (rarely use it) but is slowly letting herself go. She used to workout, and I loved grabbing her ass, but know she is skinny fat. EDIT: When i read the title and the post, I was reading it in the voice of A Pimp Named Slickback from the Boondocks. If you haven't seen the show, I suggest you watch it. It's pretty Redpill.

So the N-count should be a weighted sum of Chads, Alphas and Betas. If she has been with 20 Beta's than her N-Count will be like 5. If she fucked the ideal Alpha, her N Count = Alpha Widowed For Rest of Life.

This goes back to the point that women want men with strong leadership abilities. Women can but strongly prefer to not make decisions. They want a man who takes the lead and is comfortable taking the lead. To a women's natural instinct, having a man that cannot take the lead means he is incapable of protecting her and the kids.

"Marking her territory" for a girl is counterproductive. She doesn't scare girls away, she is signalling to other girls that this guy is valuable and the other chicks will try and grab a quickie from the guy when she is not looking.

Good point, I reread it again and it comes off that way. But I am not really judging her based on male criteria. My point is woman want guys who are above them and play to that role. The determination of who is above who, is based on male characteristics like social dominance, status, strength. There are many guys out there who are above the women they are after, but treat her like he is beneath her.

Well being a new grad at work, I guess that's the case. When it comes to the job, the knowledge is so specific and has a high learning curve, so whenever I am talking about job stuff, I am beta. "I talk about how I am puzzled over the fact that the red pill dislikes western women (your typical white girls) yet praises how awesome the college experience is, especially in terms of meeting women" The answer is obvious my friend. This was a field report on you not being able to close the deal. Hyper gamy is about branch swinging for something better. With women, her receptiveness to your compliments is based on SMV. With men, it's simply has to do with respect. I don't think it matters if one guy is above the other. If two men respect each other, they will appreciate each other's time and value and their words as long as the difference in status is within a certain limit.

I think this type of post is dwells on a topic that is worthy and highly useful but is overlooked on this subreddit. I think it is especially important for someone who has just taken the pill. Working for a man more powerful than you is not beta, it's a necessary step in adopting alpha traits , you gain more power, increase your reputation and you can learn a lot from them and their experiences,

Civilized people do not hurt animals, even though they could. When will women become civilized enough to stop mistreating men? Ok. I am aware I don't have the full understanding which is why I asked. I know the dynamics in an work and relationship setting is different. What I need is examples from both. How would the 18 year old male intern charm his boss? How would a 18 year female charm the guy she is attracted to?

I know, but I thought charm is a universal concept when it comes to social dynamics, because in any relationship, one person has more power than the other and the one with the least power is suppose to charm the one above them.

And if she stops performing her role, she will get dropped... I don't think there is much to gain in screaming hypergamy on this women's posts. Good point. I have been pondering this status thing for a while. I just graduated from electrical eng a year a go and just got a job at Thales as a software analyst. That's where the BB side comes in and that's where I am wondering if they just view me as an investment. At the same time, I am mix of alpha and beta traits. Since I came across this subreddit. I actually have not been able to deduce if i am AF or BB. We live In different cities but she always pays for me to see her. Whenever we go out anywhere she always pays. Man this is killing me. My gf of five years has gone to Europe twice with her childhood friends. The first time she went, she called me to tell me that some dude in Denmark or Sweden can't remember gave her a goodbye kiss on the cheek. I was pissed because I was skeptical, and didn't say a thing to her till she got back. She reassured that it was just a peck on the cheek over and over. And now sage is back there again same friends and I just remembered this post. Wtf do I do?

I agree. I understand the principles behind dropping her off instead of driving her home, or back to her place, but the freeway, I think that's treating her below human dignity. A girl your trying to pull will always attempt to flirt with another man as a shit test. It's in their nature. You don't need to go overboard. You can counter that by not giving a fuck and go flirt with other girls of just drop her off on a road, or just leave her at the bar.

Most of us have been raised to believe that anger is a useless emotion and being angry means you lack self-control. Which is just plain stupid, because it is a human emotion which serves an evolutionary purpose. It is your mind, telling you that a situation is very wrong and must be corrected. And as OP said, we should learn to channel and harness the anger, not invalidate it's existence.

Funny enough these things are so ingrained into my psyche, when ever things go wrong for me, my mind defaults into that state and I gotta fight it.

The main problem I see is, as an Asian an Indian guy, you are viewing a hot blonde bombshell as a unicorn because your not used to interacting with them on a daily basis. I didn't clarify that properly. Basically I was stating that yoga in it's truest form is not a recent mass marketing scam. It has been around and practiced since as far back as 500 BC. Man I thought so too. I thought it was just a crowd thing for girls. I don't do it for the crowd. I hate those things more than anything. If you truly want to get fit, go out and lift, play a real sport or do martial arts. If you wanna increase your capabilities in what you do and be able to do them till your like 50 or 60. True. Players who have pushed their athletic careers to the late 30s and early 40s attribute their longevity to yoga or Pilates or some sort of stretching regime. Ex. Kevin Garnett, Ray Lewis, Ryan giggs, Shaquille and Javier zannetti.

Unreliable? I don't no much about kinesiology, but if people whose job is to be athletic monsters do this on a regular basis, I highly doubt it's unreliable. Also correcting movement patterns is not the same as purposely increasing your flexibility, balance, your range of motion and stabilizing muscles.
/r/TheRedPill01/02/15 04:29 PM
11

I don't know much about zen meditation. But yoga is more effective than regular stretching, because their is strong focus on breath control. You have to inhale and exhale at specific times which increases your overall focus and awareness. Also, yoga poses focus on body alignment and positioning as oppose to how far you can stretch yourself, which is actually not that good for you. By paying attention to your body positioning, you increase balance and strengthen your stabilizing muscles.

What feminism has done and is doing is disrespectful to men and women alike. By blindly stating equality it denies certain aspects of the physicality of the average woman and the average man. She knows the beta is attracted to her, but is also intimidated by her. By being intimidated the beta is signalling that her SMV is greater than his.

TL;DR. Ugly Emo/punk chick comes harasses you, you tell her to back off, she escalates, starts hitting you, you push back. Girl in your group gets turned on, you get cowgirl reverse anal. Good job. Most guys would let her have way or try indirect means of getting away from and be too hesitant to fight back. My housemate had this crazy girl 5.5/10 chick follow him from a party back to his house. He left the party because of her and she tracked him down to the apart Ment. He came in she introduced…

First off. You need to gain confidence in lifting. I suggest going out to Wal-mart or buying resistance bands on ebay. Resistance bands provide a resistance between 5 lbs to 115 lbs. Since your 90 lbs, that weight range will be perfect for you. Two buy whey protein and workout vitamin supplements. As to food. just eat as much good food as you can. Like eat as much as you can but avoid McDicks.

You need to do more research on this type of thing it's oversimplified. One thing that strikes out at me is that most people who are in the professions that hit over 100k, will not reach that point until they are in their late 20's or early 30s. So for someone who is let's say 28+, this your theory becomes more valid. And like other people said, you cannot assume height and income are independent.

"This "No bro-knighting, lets keep TRP between us so we can fuck all the women behind their idiot beta bucks backs." mentality is the real nonsense." No one advocates hiding TRP from the people. The reason why TRP is not mainstream because society inherently encourages betas and few people will be willing to accept TRP truths because it violates the paradigm of their lives. The people who embrace it, were either raised RP, or hit an all time low.

Your right, at the end of the day nothing we do matters in the grand scheme of things. Our lives are insignificant compared to the universe. Some people use that as motivation to go after what they want w.o fear. At the same time, it sounds like your giving an excuse to nothing with your life. Your right, western civilization hides the realities of life, which is why their are so many BPs out their. TRP shows one the realities of life and how to take advantage of it.

People can only judge a person by what they see and hear. It's soooo much easier to judge a person by the car they drive, the clothes they wear and the school they attended. You learn that info when you first meet them. You can never judge a persons ability or knowledge accurately unless you see them in action or work with them. Now assuming you wanted to take a crack at a person s true character/abilities that's where shit testing comes in.

That's true the average 35 year old male has a reduced SMV because of what you stated above. I am just stating that if a man was RP, avoided the pitfalls of marriage and kids, and continued to keep improving himself, he can push his wall back a decade or 2.
/r/TheRedPill06/01/15 03:09 AM

As a first gen Canadian/Nigerian, I can attest to that. I sometimes go shopping in new york state and my bro and I are constantly disappointed by the sheer amount of obese black women. When we see a black girl that takes care of herself, we high five each other. And they get mad at white girls for stealing the "good black men." Fuck them. Take it in stride. When new competition enters the game, everyone shit tests that man to see what he is made of. Just keep doing your thing, once you find your place they will ease up.

Well written. It really hit home for me that we were brought up in a everyone wins and feels good society. The rules in organized sports are changed to make the sports "safer" and more accommodating, I know teachers and have experienced teachers that make courses easier so all students can do well at all levels of academia. No matter how much society tries to hide it from kids and from the masses the real world is competitive in ever aspect. You become a man when you understand this, and is will…

Op, your post assumes that attraction is a one way street. They are plenty of women out there, that see a man they want, and due to various circumstances can't have. A man has the power to tease a woman to the point she wants to jump his bones. Think about it. If you are a good looking man, with a great life, job and friends, a women sees this, your all flirty with her and then u pull away, u will drive her nutz. "So no, men are not and will not be in control these days, because we've tied our h…

I started working out because I, like any teenager thought it will get me bitches. Now I do it out of habit and I cannot stand being out of shape. When it comes to hobbies, I never followed the norm, I was an outcast growing up. No one liked the same things I did, therefore I like my hobbies cause that's who I am ( aside from sports). I love computer technology and airplanes.

OP this is a fucking great post. As a kids growing up, my parents raised me and my brother such that assertiveness, lust, flirtationous and wanting to hang out with friends was punished and getting good grades and doing good in sports was rewarded. It messed up my social skills and now my brother and I are playing catch up. Now my sister who is 6 years younger than me, is very assertive and dominant and good and school cause my parents mellowed out on her. And the ways she talks with such assert…

Honesty can be a weakness. Not everyone wants to hear it. If you tell the fat girl at work that she is a feminist because she can't get laid, your fired.

Simply state a weakness that does little to no effect to your job productivity Or you state a weakness that can be a strength. For ex. You can be compulsive and obsessive about projects.

This works in job interviews when the interviewee ask, what is your greatest weakness?

what drives people to play these games w/ ppl. I can't imagine that mentality because I prefer building stuff than playing mind games with people.

Damn. It's kinda mind blowing that behind all the smiles and handshaking you see on tv, those people are playing a deadly game of chess and probably hate each others guts.

You've missed the point. The vagina will only stay dry if you maintain the state of helplessness and despair. The vagina will flow like a waterfall if you show you can take a hit and get back into the game like a champ. And being the rock of the relationship?... it's a bad metaphor. Because when a rock is smashed, it's broken permanently.

Thanks bro. I learned this lesson back in first year where me and this cute Columbian girl were complaining how our sheltered up bringing made it hard to integrate and understand undergrad social life. She was attracted to me but friendzoned me when I complained too much,

"Don't become too cynical." true say man. I noticed the first week i came onto this site i was becoming very paranoid about peoples motives. and i feel alot of people here have been cynical about life in general and woman.

my thoughts exactly. some guys already have a life and simply have a bp approach to women in which change can take a weekend or a couple of months, some guys have a bp approach to life itself and have to build their lives from the ground up which would take years

Your sentences are not that clear so I am misinterpretating what your saying. So you lie on your CVs and interviews. And how you cover it up?

Not entirely true. A girl will try to manipulate a man into sex, if that man doesn't want anything to do with her and the girl is obsessed with the man. In that case, if the girl is very determined she will do whatever she can to turn on his primal urges. It's happened to me and a couple of other guy friends who have gf.

/r/TheRedPill12/11/14 09:11 PM

Man this whole Powertalk thing is crazy. One of my biggest headaches in life is that I am seemingly unable to understand people or converse with people. Through this, I realized everyone has a purpose, a motive for conversing with someone. And normally it all boils down on information to increase power and social standing and mate selection. I just finished university, so I feel like i kinda missed out on a key training ground on practising these concepts. And the coolest part is, everytime I re…

I almost wholly agree with you, but if you are crying because you lost a loved one, than yeah, u should be allowed to cry in front of your wife or daughter. But yeah don't cry in front of them because of life circumstances, it means you don't have the balls to take charge of your life.

I have not figured out how to answer the author's question, but I don't see how your advice helps. He is having trouble with a subset of women not women in general. Sociologist098, i find your problem peculiar. Normally it's american girls that are easier to get with, from the experience of me and my friends, i find that 1st gen africans and asians are harder to get cause they adhere to the rules from back home.
