My case suddenly settled after 3.5 years when the liquid assets began to severely dwindle. It also took a long while to fully dispel all the false allegations she spewed against me from the start. The initial report was to determine what was marital and what was non-marital despite having a clearly defined pre-nup in place. His first report concluded that the non-marital assets in the pre-nup were indeed non-marital: big surprise! Hah.
