–	Need a bit of guidance Like others have mentioned, you do not need supplements. Diet and exercise. I've seen people come out of bootcamp looking like totally different people. Loose as much as you can before you go and you for sure will lose more while in bootcamp since you eat very little and exercise a ton. Save your money, you don't need supplements. Remove all sodas, juice, alcohol... basically only drink water. Once you've conquered that remove all sugary snacks. Then start replacing meals with healthier options. An easy way for me to stay focused is to meal prep. I'll prepare most of my weeks meals on Sunday. This saves me time during the week. Start exercising yesterday. –	Should i match with mt ex on tinder? I've noticed if I change my radius to 1 mile any girl farther away swiped right on me. I don't have many to swipe myself since the radius is so small but in my opinion that's a waste of time any how as 1% or so swipe back. 2	I'm at a crossroad I just found TRP within the last week. I've been reading and reading nonstop. I sometimes feel some of the content on here is a bit condescending towards women but most of this shit is true. I have had so many "ah hah" moments in the past few days its unbelievable.
