I agree that numbers don't mean anything. However, how can I set up a date in person when I don't where that person is? That's a tough one. I think it's a mix bag as it depends on the interaction you had with said woman. The best way to carry a condom is to carry it in a case. I heard they sell special cases for condoms but I just use a regluar altoids case.
