1	Self improvement question after reading NMMNG and models Thanks for the advice. I have started to eat better and work out. I've upgraded the wardrobe like mark Manson suggested. It's getting there. And I've set my goal of getting a motorcycle to expand my interest. I feel like it will be therapeutic for an angry frustrated soul like me. Finally I have to leave the cult entirely and break all ties. Unfortunately it will mean losing all contact with my parents but I have to save myself.
