Yeah man. Go look it up in the dictionary. Sounds like it's a new word for you.

Good post man. Too bad the zealots on here are coming out, reaming you for cohabitating with the girl.

Wow, this is so incredibly awful. Piers Morgan is such a fucking coward and the women at the table are total fucking garbage. It's like sitting at the table with multiple Bill O' Reiley's. Richard can't get a single fucking word in and they start strawmanning the fuck out of the poor guy. This same sort of bullshit is why I'm leaving the San Francisco Bay Area. It's fucking uninhabitable. The women are total fucking trash and disgusting. No class whatsoever, just the same entitled bullshit that …

Lol, great post. I totally second this. When I was in college, I had some super obese lady assigned as a therapist... She did not take well to my lady problems :D

This is the same modern day regurgitated babble you find in most male self-help blogs. None of this is original whatsoever. OP is likely still in his 20's

Seriously, this is way too true. Part of the reason I've stepped away from online dating. The women are pathetic as fuck and basically make demands on how guys should be and most are homely as fuck.

It sure is bud, and that's cool and you're right - that's what it's intended for. But what it's not intended for, is to just roast anyone thats requesting feedback or sharing an experience meant to help others. The OP is sharing an experience TO HELP OTHERS. We should be responding constructively. Of course there will always be the occasional asshole, but this subreddit is basically a toxic waste dump of fucked up people just talking shit and not contributing anything.

It's because the majority of the guys on here are barely into their 20's, have complexes because they were treated like shit growing up so now they're overcompensating after reading just a few posts, thinking they understand this stuff in it's entirety. The purpose of this board is to share knowledge and get the word out about this sort of stuff. If when you read ANYTHING and the very first thing that comes out in a response is along the lines of, "Omg you're and idiot/fag/bluepill", it shows ho…

How am I an idiot? What I said is not unusual for this group of people at all. Again it wasn't awkward at all. It fit perfectly in to the group chat. What I meant by it being red pill is that she was being stupid because she was bitching about him, yet she regularly seeks his attention, and so I called her on her stupid bullshit with a little joke that was too far for her. None of the rest of us seek this individual out except her. I called her on her stupid bullshit. Do you not tease people tha…

I k ow this is really broad, but is there a decent resource on just how to talk to women, like the actual dialogue? I don't struggle so much with approaching, but I feel like I can't just develop a conversation with a pure stranger. If we have some something in common, like attending a concert or a colleague, I can typically open without issue. A good example was today. I got a flu shot and the nurse was pretty cute... What do I even say to that broad to open up dialogue?

Word. Kinda related but not directly. I'm on a cut right now, only eating 45 grams of fat each day. Sucks ass. I have reduced sex drive and just feel mopey.

9 pages into The Rational Male and it's pretty solid. I'm familiar with a lot of the stuff mentioned thus far but he explains it very well.

A good book on this stuff is Phil Dyers, Your Erroneous Zones.

Cool man, thanks for the detailed response. I ordered the book and look forward to reading it. I've gone out solo and stuff and am a big self improvement buff. Weight lifting, travel, approaching women - I get that it's easy to sit and study game and not put anything into practice, as Ive done the same, but now it's just more about conversational issues. I get the purpose of this sub reddit, but the zealots here are borderline psycho/sociopaths... Or they're just 17 year olds which is just as li…

Seriously man, that was the dumbest possible response anyone could've provided.

Will The Rational Male provide a significant introduction to the philosophy of modern game and whatnot? Most of the posts I came across here are hyper-masculine/testosterone driven that it's too overbearing for someone new to this sort of thing.

Like you think she thought I was actually flirting with her, with real sexual intention? So if I'm going to continue to pass by her, should I continue to say hello? albeit only when she's at her desk?

Two female administrative assistants just started at my office a few months ago - they're in their mid 20's and im in my early 30s. One I originally thought was kinda cute so I chatted her up, but she seemed so disinterested in even basic conversation that I gave up. The other one was initially friendly towards me and we chatted it up and now she's gone cold on me... These two girls are friends and now when I see them together I feel pretty awkward. I've always been pretty solid in professional …

Brother, you're absolutely right. I know it's an excuse and that I need to improve. I'm just curious how people deal with it, and how common it is. I'd think it would be. I'm sure you've talked to a girl and quickly said the same things to yourself?
