fair points. Thanks. I may consider it when I hit 40's/50's. I think for now, I will stay natural

1) I am told that its unwise to take roids unless you have trained for at least 3 years. Or gone to the gym at least 1 thousand times or something. maximized your genetic potential. thoughts? Why would you hop on after 1.5 years? 2) I think there's a sort of switch that happens in someone's head when they realize that they really want something. I think that this is largely what it is. Once that switch clicks, there's no going back. And I think for me, the phase of depression made me click

holy fuck. Thats sad. I remember thinking of killing myself and remembering "What is the meaning of life? Is this worth living? People say there are lessons to be found in our worst moments". And it took me a while to find the diamond in all of this chaos. Its not being the beta cuck

this times a million. Something that I am learning myself

fair. I would be interested in some research on this. Obviously girls don't like short dudes compared to tall. but I think if you game shorter girls you could be fine right?

general tip; better posture is a game changer. The essential eight really made me taller and even look bigger

how is lifting and gaming working out for you? I am tall as fuck. I am asking for my best friend who thinks game isn't worth learning cause he is short

yep basically. And if you need help, don't be ashamed to get it

As I said, look into elliot hulses channel. The dude trains thousands of kids and discusses it extensively. Obviously squatting and deadlifting are great but unless your diet is 100% on point 100% of the time, parts of your core are not activating the best they can when you squat and deadlift In my case, my squat and deadlift went up while following the same routine, sleep, multivitamin, and intake of clean calories, but just cutting out dairy. I am heavily lactose intolerant so take it as more …

I don't have a book reccomendation but literally I have 1-2 pairs of quality shoes. I have had them for years now. I have 5 collared shirts that I cycle through and 2 pairs of khakis. I comb my hair, shave, and have a lot of cheap and unique socks. Women comment all the time on it actually

its really not that hard to believe. Like I said, look up elliot hulse's channel. It has a lot of scientific backing and as a coach, hulse encounters it quite a bit

yep. i am not sure where you got that quote but if you can link me that would be awesome And also; I would argue that people with those positive masculine behavioral traits end up as rich, successful etc. Although some end up as drug dealers etc. which is unfortunate, I think the idea that wealth and status attract women is more of a correlation link rather than causational. If you are a drug dealing deadbeat, having those traits and dressing somewhat well will at least get you pussy. I don't th…

Ya that second paragraph is basically a nice way of putting it EDIT: Regarding being bald, I think that you can wear a wig or toupee. Thats less difficult to solve than say money issues and being short. Some people major in the wrong thing and are in debt with no proper job prospects. Not a smart move at all

fair point. Maybe I should specify that you can greatly and dramatically change how physically attractive you are even if you have an avg or ugly face

good point I was just asking. But ya seems about right. I am sure 3-5 is a healthy range. I was asking how to asses this?

welcome to asian-american immigrant culture

the other poster nailed it. Sometimes, the girl who is slightly overweight has a great personality. But in the context of obesity, I think thats just bad news. comes down to the low hanging fruit. Or he started dating her when they were both skinny but she gained weight due to the stresses of life

welcome to asian culture lol. this is standard bread and butter conversation. but fuck it. I am not putting up with it
/r/askTRP12/05/17 08:24 PM

Look at ppzhao's comments earlier in this thread. They aren't making small talk. this is common conversation in asian culture. I mean asking me about what projects I am working on at work is more than enough to get the ball rolling

to your other comment, my dad and mom know my exact salary and gpa. But outside of that its irrelevant to anyone else. maybe my mentor. And yes, sadly asian culture is about bragging about bullshit degrees and jobs. People have told me that they got a degree purely to brag even though the degree did nothing for them and they were swimming in debt. One of the toxic aspects of asian culture

ya ill either use sarcasm, or "enough" with a smile. Or if they keep prodding, ill say "its crass and I don't want to discuss it". Theres no holy grail. But thanks. I needed all these tools

bingo. Why didn't I think of this. lol. This is why I love TRP. Straightforward helpful advice Thanks!

lol I do lift. I do the same old big compound movements but just with a dumbell at home. I have currently been lifting for a couple months. I understand why its essential to TRP

also; I fucking suck at dating apps. I suck at phone/text interaction. Face to face I am getting better at

good points. And the upside is that I am not some horny douchebag in a yoga class. I have practiced daily for 3 years on my own. So I have something going in

maybe martial arts. Thats way more up my alley. or like you said rock clibing. crossfit isn't particularly interesting to me. So there's that

I bought rational male the other day. I am yet to get around to reading it. But I heard good things. Thats solid advice about LTR's. I may not even get married ever. My personality and type just isn't the type to settle In which case, should I cut her off? She loves me in a way that I don't even understand. And I think being in her life even as a distant friend would cause her to stall. I think its best to just cut out as sad as that is
/r/askTRP14/03/17 03:32 AM
1

Ya maybe I will just do that. She is madly in love with me and says that she will never forget. So I feel the better move is to just act beta AND leave my own way
/r/askTRP14/03/17 03:26 AM
1

fair point. I figure I will just tell her that. which means we can't be friends? She told me she loved me so I think thats that? I think also having her as a close friend next to me while I fuck hoes is a bad idea

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yEbRkh9dnXw I found this video and he sort of said b) and along the lines of what you said. Feel free to watch the video. but basically his example line "Hey Denise. This is corey from (insert occasion that you met). I wanted to know if you want to get together for a drink sometime? When are you free?" if "no I don't really know you" respond "haha its cool" if no response, no followup (right? TRP generally agrees with this) and if yes "cool I will meet you at loca…

I am already added to her on fb. She has liked a status of mine of two. I semi use fb at all since joining TRP I have been avoiding liking girls pictures. it comes off as needy and horny

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
