Can I ask, how do the other women act? Do they think you were justified to talk to HR or do they see things like you’re somehow at fault?

There's actually a number of bills which are designed to protect women (but not men who are also victims of the same crimes, honour crime for example), that MP Philip Davies has voted against - two referenced in this article. Several bills

Considering Parliament changed the law to increase jail time for domestic violence, but only if the victim is female and the abuser is male, I'm not convinced we'll get the right answer on this one. Edit: spelling

Is it a paper or a presentation. I just had a look at the comments, Someone said video/audio record your interaction with the teacher. You could use your phone and claim you have notes on it to cover any suspicion on why you have it in view. Someone mentioned Jordan Peterson. One thing JBP says is to learn the opposing argument, because when the teacher resorts to them to discredit your project you will be in a position to tell her why she is wrong. Some pay gap reports are wrong because: They m…

I like this quote. "Women want a dangerous but civilized man" - Jordan Peterson. Here's a short clip where Dr. JBP explains this idea a bit Edit: Most of the clip talks about what women want, but if you look up JBP's stuff on integrating the shadow he talks about how to be capable of being dangerous but choosing not to be unless it's needed.

Some of those men go off in a huff because they're annoyed at themselves. They thought they knew what was going on like: "this date went really well so I guess its time to get sexy" and when you rebut them they think "I wasn't expecting this reaction, how did I get this so wrong?" or "what the hell she was totally leading me on! screw this i'm out" and bail. Maybe qualify men a bit more before actually meeting for a date? - if most men you date have the expectation of sex on a good first date th…

Yeah, its a trick on women too, and very condescending. it's like "hey we're going to tell you you're wonderful by putting down a guy (who represents the man you've chosen to be with) and therefore we expect you to buy our shit". Neither gender wins with these kinds of adverts

Then be viewed as a short aggressive guy. I'm not a violent person, but maybe you've never been fucked over before, they are plenty of reason to make a physical stand, I wasn't talking about insults or girls.

Is OP short? I'm 5'6" and height is no where near as big a deal as people think. The pool is smaller if you don't want to date taller girls, but it's a very big pool anyway. My being short is how I know frame is important, I've squared off with people a foot taller than me, in front of a disbelieving audience. They haven't a clue how to handle me - maybe they think I'm crazy or think I must know martial arts because I show them I'm not scared of them. I've dated girls when in school with long li…

It's good you're honest with yourself, like they say, the first step to solving a problem is knowing you have one. Writing it out helps too, makes it real, just remember to write down some good things about yourself too, don't only look at your bad habits, like the fact you're willing to recognise your own faults

it even looks like the recent increase in male suicide is bigger than in girls. So even as men's position is getting relatively worse than it already was compared to girls the focus is still on girls. I'm not saying something shouldn't be done about increasing female suicide, it's better to address it now rather than later, a shout out to the boys would be nice too! Edit: a word

Just to clarify, are you saying most of the women you slept with were cheating on someone? Did any of them talk about it, say why? - I know I can find out why they actually do it else where on this sub but I specifically am asking about what they said was the reason. How do they excuse themselves from feeling guilty and absolve themselves of responsibility?

Slightly off topic, but OP, do you think your dad is honestly trying to help you, or does he just want you to do what he tells you to? I don't give up my seat to pregnant women anymore, I once made the mistake of offering a seat to a fat woman, very embarrassing for both of us. If someone wants my seat they should ask, and then I can make a judgement if needed

Shows a complete lack of understanding for the mental state of people when they commit suicide. Suicidal people are not their normal selves, they usually have chemical imbalances that effect their judgement, they are not usually rational, or their rational is warped. Not to mention the number of men who kill themselves when they lose the custody battle for their kids and know they'll never see them again.

This happened already. Dr. Jordan Peterson slams the tests as having nothing to do with intelligence. The tests are supposed to gauge how you deal with emotional situations, i.e. are you likely to lash out if you feel offended etc. While it may be useful or interesting to measure peoples' temperaments it is not an intelligence test.

That's my point, things have been a certain way for such a long time men, and societies expectations of men, have not adapted very well in these fast changing times. Women in the west had made major gains in the last 50 years, men have made next to none

Really? How many children can a women have in 9months? How many children can one man father in 9 months? Societies that do not repopulate die, which is why it has always been preferable to risk the lives of men instead of women whenever possible. I think you're missing the point, the point I was really getting at is that even if you see unfairness in the world that is directed at you it does not mean you can not have a life that's enjoyable, meaningful and worth living. I'm saying don't let it g…

Men have always intrinsically been considered the disposable sex, frankly for a brutally good reason. Women have always had, until recently, most dangerous job there is: giving birth to children. If a society loses a substantial proportion of it's men it might still survive; if that society loses it's women it's all over. This is why men always got all the most dangerous jobs, being a soldier, construction, fishing etc. It's why it's 'save the women and children' in a crisis. Because you are not…

If you guys don't know who Jordan Peterson is you want some insight into this topic then he's got a lot to offer you. Here are some clips. Good bye to good men - talks about the modern men and gynocentrism has ruined men and hurt women. Differences between men and women His thought on the purpose of life with shitty music backdrop unfortunately

I agree. Being dishonest may work to get a one night stand, but it can't stand the test of time in a relationship - by relationship i mean with your friends, coworkers, any relationship. I've never thought of Game as trying to trick women into believing you're something you're not - although some do do that, I think of it more as understanding the rules of sex relations and defining and understanding different tactics men and women use to get what they want.

I think its a case of perspective. Men and women often draw the conclusions they want to suit their view. In the case of a woman, they can draw opposite conclusions from the same exact action. if some dude is given her eyes at the bar he is either "alluring" or "creepy" based on whether she feels she wants the attention and not based on the actual action itself. Men also do similar, that's what an asshole is, right? Men who are completely unwilling to listen to other perspectives or admit they m…

I've seen some very ugly attitudes and entitlement on r/theredpill, but I don't think the concept is bad in itself. I think they view sex as an arms race, someone discovers work out routine, someone discovers make up, someone discovers conversation skills etc. The best I can say about r/theredpill is a lot of it is about self improvement and the idea that your value as a person is not defined by women, but by yourself. Also, r/theredpill does not make cases for, or support, changes in the law, u…

Some of the top part, saying we should look into why these particular men do these things, actually makes sense to me. But the net is cast too wide, its not men in general, but particular men with similar backgrounds. These terror attacks are done by men who have failed in life, violent, served prison time, mental health issues, often reportedly committers of DV etc. Men desire a sense of purpose or redemption, and I think that plays a role here. My opinion is that these terrorists perceive them…

These women say it's not idealogical? They say that because they're defending their ideology so they pass the blame to whatever group they think they can get away with: men. What I would say is they are right that they play a huge role in raising the next generation, obviously. But do they shoulder the blame for they're role up to this point? No. It's not like Islam and changed and we're awaiting the outcomes of recent progress, they are part of the problem no matter how much they blame all men …

I read it as 'Don't care' probably means "I don't care, it's the quality of their work and leadership that matters to me". If thats the case then it shows that men at work are less sexist than women. Of course we don't know how honest the answers were, and people would have responded on their own personal experience. If you worked for a really shitty man and then next job you work for super star lady then you might be inclined to think it's always like that

I answered this, I'll paste: Because of improving equality. And because women are biologically different from men. Yes, really. When women have more choice, and have equal access to education and high standard health/housing the differences between the sexes is amplified. In Scandinavian countries, rated the most gender equal countries in the world, the skew on what women study, vs men, is even more pronounced. it does yes, but my point is I don't think that we can have what we want, at least not soon, so there are ways to move in the right direction even if we don't go directly to the main goal, any improvement is better than none, I'm just saying the whole thing doesn't have to be as bad as it is.

No I agree, but I don't actually think what you suggest will happen. It's not about airlines, its about societies' perception of 'all men', and unfortunately things are not looking good for us if you look at the crap thats drilled into peoples brains in college, or media coverage. So I'm suggesting a way that the current method airlines use can be modified so that it doesn't have to unnecessarily shame men for no reason. I'm just saying that the men in this article didn't have to go through what…

It's so much worse when they make the guy move. If airlines just checked the kids seat position on record, way before the flight, or just make the seat next to the kid unavailable for selection at check in, they wouldn't have to make a guy move in front of an audience. I'm not saying its right, but no one would be any wiser and men wouldn't have the big Pedo banner over their head when told to move.
