Started reading it bro... .so helpful! I had a few awkward encounters before I read it, but I can't wait to try again.

Following this. I'm about to turn 21 and I'm still a virgin. I've always been shy and anxious around women and haven't been able to talk or do much. As I mentioned in my post last week, I'm trying to change, but don't think I can make a big change by my birthday. So my question: is it better being a 21 year old virgin or losing your virginity to an escort?

OP I'm in kinda the same situation as you and i asked a similar question last week --- I got some pretty good tips

Aight sounds good! I'll talk to some of my friends in frats and see how hard it is to get in as a junior.

Thanks! I'll give the book a read soon.

Yeah exactly --- I can tease and be funny and be myself when I'm not sexually attracted to someone (case in point is my interactions with female friends who I'm not attracted to), but the moment a flicker of attraction sets in, I develop this kind of inferiority complex and freeze.

Thanks! I'll try to calm down and work on eye contact (a major weakness for me, for sure)

Thanks man. I'll give it a shot. Don't want to feel like the 40 year old virgin anymore lol XD

Both --- if anything, I'm more comfortable when there are other people but I'm still awkward.

Good idea. I'm a junior and not rushing was a big mistake on my part, as I thought I had enough friends (but I didn't think of the relationship aspect).

Thanks so much! This is so helpful and I'll try my best, but --- as I am sure you know --- it will be difficult to change my mindset. But I'm gonna try. This semester led to a bit of depression due to one-itis and a few related instances where I bailed instead of trying.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
