Cut to that bodyfat then slow bulk back up. I used to be a big "never cut to skelly mode, always bulk first so you have a baseline" type of dude but fuck that. You don't wanna be a chubby fuck for a year before sculpting down, just start skinny and work your way up from there. Incorporate cardio and eat at a deficit, losing weight is really easy if you aren't dumb.

Find what works for you.
