Great post - let's get practical. How do you cultivate this and constantly remind yourself of your value? It's very easy to get bogged down by whatever we're doing and then miss that opportunity when it quickly presents itself during the day. I wrote down 10 reasons why I'm high value, and 10 reasons how I add value to womens lives. I read this every morning and sometimes before going out - what else do you guys recommend?

Whats K.I.S.S?

Thanks! All of those points sound amazing and I'll definitely check out Bulgaria soon

Thanks for the tips! I don't the local languages I might start with Krakow for a few days, then Bratislava and Budapest Vienna just seems so beautiful though and I might drop by for a day since its nearby Bratislava

It really is. I've been unloved for 22 years, then I discovered self development and game and I've improved so much. People are always shocked when they see how little experience I have with dating/sex, and I'm learning so much each day

You have ALL those really intense and useful non-verbal means of communication to work with. As always, I love your posts in every thread. I really rely on my verbals so I love daygame, but I suck at night and escalating in general. What are some good primers to start off with? I know the best thing is experience, but I can only go out once or twice a week so I was hoping for some material to read/watch before going out this weekend.

I don't like how extreme TRP can be but what you listed above is exactly what I want. I have no approach anxiety, can hold a converstation and get a girl to open up, but I fail at escalating and making a conversation sexual. Do you have any other suggestions for me? Thanks a lot for the audiobook recommendation. I'll definitely check it out

Haha nice, is there anything else that you do? Also, I live in Toronto. PM me if you ever drop by

Wow, fantastic idea and thanks for sharing! Maybe you can include a separate section for communication/improving your voice? In addition to Julian Treasures TedTalk that you have in there, it would be nice to have additional resources that show you how to have a deeper voice with some daily exercises

Hey man, I'm going through a similar process as you, but I'm basically a few months into the breakup. I think it would be a great help to everyone on this sub if you could post some of the things you did in detail? For example, which books did you read and how did you tackle approach anxiety?
/r/seduction10/03/17 09:40 PM

Great post man - Whenever you have the time, do you mind sharing some other habits that you recommend? For anyone else that read this, I'd recommend reading his other posts on this subreddit

Haha true, I'll just rack up as many approaches as I can then
/r/seduction01/02/17 11:47 PM

Hmm good points. I was thinking that I need more experience in each step, then with those reference points I could combine them all together

I actually love it here so far! It is clannish, but I met a lot of interesting people here and the diversity is pretty amazing

I actually volunteered at three music festivals this summer and made a bunch of friends, but no one that I really talk to or hang out with regularly. Did you go to Coachella? My work place is pretty small as well, but I believe that I'll find a new job this summer/fall at a larger firm, and in the downtown area. I honestly think that finding a new job will solve most of these problems since I live about 30 minutes west of downtown, and work 30 minutes north of downtown. I spend most of my weeken…

I read the rat story in the previous post, but can anyone provide more examples of how Snapchat stories using this idea?

Harsh comment but very spot on. The good thing is that there are a LOT of areas where you can improve, and they're all pretty easy. Better wardrobe, haircut, contacts maybe, exercise... all very easy to change

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
