Someone else asked what it means, and he said they represent mindless npcs, but why would people get angry at it. I don't understand the "why" of this meme.

Are there any areas of your life where you said "fuck it" and stopped conforming? If so, what? As the years go on, the more I disagree with the average person with more areas of life.

I'm with you on that one, I can't believe that people choose to work until 65 through bad decisions. I should be lean financially independent in about two years, early thirties. We'll see what I do after that.

You could try disability support work, in my country (Aus) it's an entry level job, you could start by taking care of other people. If you're finding it hard to get work, take whatever you can get and keep looking.

Hey man, even with a low paying job you can still be frugal and make your money work for you. If you can manage to save half your income you can retire in 17 years starting with nothing.

Not really, I could pay cash for an 08 Gallardo SL or 2010 Gallardo LP550 but if I retired today, I would only have a little over $1,000/m. So yeah, I've got money, but nowhere near what I consider rich, or even a lot.

What is the point of life without love? There are things to love other than women. The problem with most people is that they only focus on women, feeling hopeless without them, ignoring the beautiful world around them and things that make them happy without external validation.

There's a difference though, women don't like sex as much as men, otherwise you wouldn't end up with married couples that only have sex every two weeks when the guy still wants it every other day. If they really enjoyed it as much as men, they would just do it to get their rocks off like guys do . What women enjoy is the attention that they are getting from the person who wants to fuck them, which is why they're horny to fuck a new guy, but don't care to fuck their husband, because they already …

Hey man, thanks for your work. You did a great thing. It disgusts me reading the texts saying they were going to be a happy family and that she deserves to be happy. No they weren't and no she doesn't. She was already starting to act like a cunt to him, and she would have fucked him over. She doesn't deserve to be happy when she betrayed her partner and then planned to use and abuse him under false pretenses. I'm glad she will have to deal with the consequences of her choices.

Gender-based crime is not good enough, it has to be misogynist crime just to make sure it only benefits women. "They only did that because I'm a woman, therefore it's a misogynist crime, therefore it's a hate crime". Even if it's a real crime, not some false allegation bullshit, then all crime is dependant on the victim's profile, that's what makes them a target, therefore all crime is hate crime. Oh you're a jewellery shop? I'm gonna rob you for your jewels. Hate crime. So if you go on a date w…

I've never thought about that before, but it's true. I don't think I've ever met an old lady that's truly happy or content. I've never known a woman who is totally happy and blissful, but there's many men who would say they're living the dream.

To be honest it's not common knowledge how bad it can be without a place like MGTOW pointing it out. I didn't know what alimony was until after getting married, because I wasn't told about it. While going through the whole marriage process, no one informed me of my legal obligations, I wasn't aware that even after separation you have to wait 12 months before you can divorce (Australia). I feel there needs to be more education on what you're signing up for. Instead, you just choose the celebrant …

How does riding a fun vehicle to breakfast with a financially positive future sound shitty? To be fair, if you're investing in property in Australia you're a dumbass anyway, so you might as well get your advice from her lol. The rental return in Brisbane is about 2.5%. You can get better returns in a cash savings account (I get 3.5%), not to mention the Australian share market which is roughly 5.63% when you take into account franking credits. Sometimes I question myself whether it's normal not to want to hang out with "friends". You always see all the bros on reality tv with their hoards of best mates.

I read somewhere that being intelligent means you're more likely to enjoy time to yourself. Most of the people I used to hang around are kind of losers, drinking and smoking all the time and quite often doing drugs. Hanging out with them pretty much means sitting in the smoking area. I've always just wanted to stay home and chill out. Except for the few years where I was trying my best to pick up chicks (cringe).

Just remember that none of that is your fault. You are good enough for yourself. Treat yourself well, don't put up with shit you don't want to and enjoy your life with the freedom of never having to worry about women. Seriously, most people's whole lives revolve around finding the right partner, and nearly everyone is miserable, even after getting married (which would indicate they found the right one). You are free of this burden, free of the pain of rejection, free of wondering why women never…

He is so accurate in his predictions in 1920! It even speaks to the modern instagram culture, where he says that women will be unhappy with their new found freedom, as not all are able to be famous or movie stars. Also, he says they try to reach levels which are beyond the capabilities of women. Too bad it was written by some cuck named Matt, with his negative words thrown in between very accurate predictions.

Yeah, you're fucked. Best bet is to stick around here and read all you can. Your best bet is to realise that she will never feel the same way about you, so stop acting like a white knight for her. If you're young, she's more interested in fucking a tall, good looking Chad asshole, not some nice guy who wants to treat her right. She might be interested in you when she's 30, has fucked and sucked over 100 cocks while leading you on, is now ugly and wants to settle down, i.e. stop working and live …

Just wank over the thought of fucking her and start acting like a jerk to her, give off the vibe that you don't give a fuck what she thinks. She'll be much more likely to suck your dick than if you act like you have here, and if she doesn't, good, at least you didn't waste time on her.
/r/MGTOW213/04/18 07:46 AM

What do you mean you're willing to sacrifice everything, what do you mean you can't give her what she wants? Are you already fucking? Does she want to be your girlfriend but wants you to change first? Or is it just some girl you want to try hook up with and you don't even know if she's interested?

I don't plan on buying, as it's cheaper to rent by far. We've been in a bubble for like 20 years now, and everyone's do delusional and used to it that they thinks it's normal. Honestly, having the opinion that buying property is a bad idea here, people think you're crazy. But I'll just stick to my guns and rent while accumulating shares, if there's ever a huge crash I'll consider buying.

Take a look at Mr Money Mustache, retired with a wife and kid at 30, living on $25k per year. If you think that's a shit life then we'll have to agree to disagree as quality of life is an opinion, not fact.
/r/MGTOW09/04/18 02:11 AM

You sound like someone who doesn't know what to do with their time outside of work except for "sit on your ass" or "go on vacation". That's your problem, not mine. To use your example of someone who needs $20k to live and has saved $680k by 35: $680,000 with a 4% safe withdrawal rate will give you $27,200. 4% has been proven to be a safe withdrawal rate with extremely low risk of running out of money. So no, you're money won't run out after 20-30 years, your income will actually increase with in…

Let's not turn this into a sub that only talks about r/MGTOW
/r/MGTOW208/04/18 11:25 PM
2

How the hell did you catch that from my comment? I got it from where you said, quote: Retiring at 35, as much as you may have saved up, will only get you so far. Also, you think people are being hypocritical because they don't care what you think, but reply to you. They aren't doing it for you, they are doing it for the benefit of this sub, making sure people have an informed opinion. It has nothing to do with caring about what you think of us.
/r/MGTOW08/04/18 07:57 PM
2

Yes, if you permanently retire before you have enough money to live off forever, that's a bad decision, that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying it is possible, many people have done it.
/r/MGTOW08/04/18 07:50 PM
1

I don't care what you think, I want to make sure that anyone reading has good information. I'm helping the people of this sub, which is something I enjoy doing. Say what you want.
/r/MGTOW08/04/18 07:47 PM

Because he's saying it's impossible and lazy which is incorrect. What you said is good, i.e. it's a better option for some people, but he was stating incorrect facts, hence the downvotes.
/r/MGTOW08/04/18 11:50 AM
3

If you have enough money invested to live off 4% of the balance, then you have enough to retire without ever reducing the balance. So no, you're wrong when you say it will only get you so far regardless of how much you save up. If you save enough, eg 20-25 times your expenses, will get you as far as you like. No penny pinching required.
/r/MGTOW08/04/18 11:48 AM
2

Retiring at 35 is not lazy nor unrealistic. Perhaps for you it isn't, but for anyone who had their sights set on that goal from a young enough age, like myself, it's definitely possible, saving 50% of your income takes 17 years to retire, why work longer than you need to? Perhaps you think that if you're retired then you're only allowed to sit on your ass and do nothing all day, or else you're not retired. People like that are called the retirement police. Retirement in early retirees minds is n…

That's one of the reasons people have such unrealistic expectations of how good their life should be, because of social media people think that everyone is constantly going on adventures, while still buying everything they want and need, and still staying in great financial shape, and still happy every moment of the day lol. I admit if you plan it right, you can have a pretty good mix of all the above, especially if you cut down from the material category, but that's the last thing women want to…

The red pill guys would say she was instilling dread in you by showing her turning down other guys, she was letting you know she could leave you at any time and fuck someone else, or fuck them without leaving you like she did. You'd be more free in many ways, less stress at work, less consequences if you want time off. I've been in jobs where days off is not an option, and you just have to make up the workload anyway. Compare that with my current job where if I'm sick, I'll take an extra day off after I recover, make sure I'm looking after myself and I don't need the money anyway. Feels good (for me).

Yep, around that price range is good, you want to be able to get 5-10 years out of it and spend as little as possible. Japanese cars are usually reliable and cheap for parts/repairs. Be certain your need for your car doesn't change, i.e does a Civic fulfill your needs now and for the foreseeable future? You lose a lot of money switching cars, so you want to be able to keep it for a long time.

u/goodluckgenie is a concern troll female, here is a comment from her profile: "To give a little more context, I have attracted a lot of creepy men in the past. I had a stalker at one point, and other things have happened that I don't want to delve into. So my female roommate is afraid that any friend I bring over will be a stalker or something. Also, she and male roommate were robbed once, though it had nothing to do with me I can see why they would feel a little worried. But I agree that we sh…

She's a female, here is a comment from her profile: "To give a little more context, I have attracted a lot of creepy men in the past. That website has one post and it just discusses different fields of law. Not much to read and learn, or am I missing something?

I will not have kids, it will ruin my plans and as everyone says, is a trap, regardless of intensions. Any tips for avoiding abuse accusations? We don't even raise our voices if we have a disagreement so if I'm accused it will be a complete shock to everyone.

I see what you're saying, but I don't want a divorce and I don't want to buy a house...

Hmm, not a bad idea, I could offer to pay half of everything as rent but not put anything down, or just pay half of fair value rent and let her have it in her name only. This could be a good compromise for both of us. It could also point out the extra costs that she alone will be footing.

Thanks for your reply, neither of us want to invest in real estate, she just has the dream of buying her home so she can do what she wants with it. I have pointed out that those little extra things you can do with your own home are not worth the extra cost or lack of freedom or future massive cost of selling if we want to move.

Would you say that gay men suffer from the same manipulative and other traits of women that cause men to go MGTOW or do you think it is more safe to have a relationship if you're gay?

The original has +40 points but the MGTOW response is negative for literally implying the same thing, but reversing it. Fucking bullshit.

You say 'she fails to realise', does she sometimes talk to you condescendingly about it?

Check out the website mrmoneymustache , it's a hugely popular blog about a guy who retired at 30, will give you some ideas on how to do it. Basically, the higher the percentage of your income you save, the earlier you retire, regardless of how much you earn. Google 'the shockingly simple math behind early retirement' as a starting point/overview of how it works.

You sound very smart which is going to work in your favour. It makes it easier to see through all the bullshit that mainstream society is into. You should also look into early retirement/ financial independence so that you don't screw yourself over financially for life; instead you can do something that you somewhat enjoy for a short amount of time and then you will be free, financially and time-wise (what's the right word for that? ) Once you understand that, you will see how crazy everyone's a…

For me, I think telling men about it is worth it if you feel up to it, but women would not understand it. MGTOW is one of those 'against the norms' lifestyles which people struggle to grasp, much like financial independence/early retirement.

I like a fruit smoothie with some bananas, Frozen berries and some added sugar. Turns out you don't need a coffee in the morning, you just need some energy (carbs)!
