MGTOW is a reaction to mass unreasonable behaviour backed up by a vicious legal bias against men. Cost me a fortune, was rediculously stressful and of course the marriage didn't work out. The best thing about it was the party. I got into pole via Lyra. I wanted to push my edges with something new so payed for a bunch of classes and started with hoop and silks. Most thoughts bubble up from the subconscious so if you keep feeding it negative thoughts, you can guess what it gives you back. That's another reason why those thought patterns are cyclical. Find an addiction to something positive and do it for you as self exploration. You are the end result of a huge chain of ancestors. Personally I found a bit of martial discipline (kickboxing and boxing) got me back on track then I discovered yoga and shamanism but I tend to treat every thing light heartedly and goof around with aerialist skills and even polefitness, acroyoga and animal movements because it's all fun and we need some fun in this place!
