Was waiting for this to show up here. Plenty of knights in shining armor suggesting he was just making excuses for ED because he couldn't possibly be not attracted to m'lady.

Who cares, you can play around trying to be funny but there's nothing wrong with just telling her what you do. Then ask her what she does. I swear some of you guys just need to have more conversations because this is a standard thing to talk about with anyone you have just met. I think you're confusing it with not trying to impress her with what you do, because that only works on gold diggers anyway.

"Because I like you, silly." Don't fuck about on this one, be upfront about your intentions. You're not there to hold her handbag and get to know her as a friend, you're there because you like her, so say that. To the "but we won't have sex" there are dozens of non-serious replies you could give, that's a fairly standard shit test. My favorite is saying "I hope not, because I have to protect my innocence" or something like that that implies I'm a virgin. Usually makes them laugh or ask me in dis…

Why not try to get hold of some viagra or cialis until you are confident you don't need it. More you think about it worse it will be.

Is it possible the drinking and drugs had something to do with it? I am convinced long term alcohol abuse can alter your personality in subtle ways. Fear of losing a girl that you've become emotionally invested into (i.e. oneitis) is one of the most powerful instincts we have. That fear can drive men to do the most desperate or crazy things, which almost always makes the situation worse. Your therapist is right, you should learn from this experience, learn not to invest any more in a girl than y…

Read every word of your story and it resonated with me. Every time I think I've found an innocent little thing eventually I'll catch a glimpse of the AWALT red flags and feel just a little bit more disappointed for even hoping. You're right about that sadness, a lot of girls have had fucked up lives and many of us have too, so it's natural to want to help them and give them that closeness and love they seem to crave. That's only natural, it's called having empathy and being a human being instead…

Yeah, on this sub and you'll find plenty of guys raised by single moms that are in their mid-20s and only just starting to figure out what it means to be a man. It is fucked up.

Low SMV is contagious. They want to show others they are worthy of attention (preselection) but they aren't proud of who they get it from.

There was a thread on TRP a few months back where a dancing pro was talking about this kind of stuff and IIRC he said the female teachers act flirty on purpose to keep you coming back for lessons.

Weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise and everything else. Eat less than your TDEE and you will lose weight. Myfitnesspal. Start tracking everything you eat and drink for a week. Figure out your TDEE staying at your current weight, then you can plan how to reduce it through the app based on your comfort level. It will also encourage you to avoid sugars as if you eat these, you will be even more hungry trying to stay under your calorie limit. As a guy of similar height, I know I can function o…

I have had this convo several times when meeting girls from online. This is my go-to response when I get a height demand straight up. Sure, some girls will not reply. That's fine because I don't want to waste any more time with a girl who is a massive hypocrite right out of the gate. Want honesty but gets mad when it's expected in return? What a great start to a relationship. Honestly most normal girls that actually like me will give their weight immediately or at least after a bit of ribbing (s…

No. NO. Leave now, don't try to rationalize this or think about how somehow you can work this out. Based on what you wrote in the OP your relationship is done. Done. Finished. She doesn't give a single fuck about you. You owe her nothing. Don't bring it up with her, don't engage in argument, there is nothing to argue about. Just tell her you're finished and walk away. Let her pretend to cry about if if she wants, you focus on you, and making the next one better. That's my advice and I'm sure a f…

I blast and cruise and like to get bloods every few months (getting them today actually). Important stuff especially when you start adding orals into the mix. But if you are cycling it's also important to know that your HPTA has recovered after PCT.

Yeah this is the answer. Be direct and upfront that you don''t want a sleepover. I planned to do something (work/study/whatever) later tonight. I am not really sleepy - or maybe I am sleepy and prefer to sleep alone (true). If she gets upset about this just tell her you didn't plan on a sleepover tonight, and that if she wants to sleep over then you should plan it together beforehand next time. That is the end of that conversation. Be the commander of your time, girls will always try to erode it…

That's a fucked up story dude. At least you have your parents. My sister is a piece of trash too, barely seen or spoken to her for 10 years. Best advice for toxic people - especially toxic family - is to keep them as far out of your life as much as possible. Ghost if you can.

Imagine the Nigeria prince scam. They don't write their story that way full of stupidity and grammar errors because they are stupid. Their emails are time tested to weed up the smart one and catch the dumb receivers who will fall for it. I never thought about why those emails are so obvious. You're probably right, it's a filter. Joe Rogan calls it conquering the inner bitch. The part of you that wants to stay comfortable and routine and safe. I ALWAYS feel better after a workout where I have sweated a lot or pushed my body and CNS to the max. Do you plan to continue the nolva through PCT? I think you should, you will have almost no test in your body but still plenty of estrogen and estrogen-like metabolites of dbol hanging around to turn you into a bitch if you let it. You will probably feel shitty for a while - no libido, ED, depressed etc until your body recovers to homeostasis. I'm 34 and have been blasting and cruising for the last 4 years so I have a bit of experience. You're welcome to PM if you have any questions while you are…

Dbol only cycle? No PCT? I promise that good feeling isn't going last long when your shutdown HPTA stops producing endogenous test and your nipples get puffy. Start feeling bloated and tired all the time because your liver is under stress. Dbol will bloat the hell out of you so the "instant" gains you see on the scale now are just water retention. My own advice would be to stop right now until you can get your hands on some test to run alongside the dbol around 500mg/wk. Extend your cycle to 12 …

I always found it weird that the feminist movement seems to look for opportunities to get offended over the most innocent stuff. Meanwhile women in most of the middle east have nothing even close to equal rights as men, not allowed to drive cars, have to wear burkas in public, genital mutilation, and can be beaten for almost any reason at all. Easier to fire up twitter to express manufactured outrage in a first world country with free speech, than to try and effect any real change for women's ri…

Didn't help me, one girl (not gf - I was single) figured out my passcode. When I was out of the room, sent messages to 2 other girls that she was jealous of. This has now happened to my twice - the first time was by my ex after we broke up. No sense of fairness, no remorse, no fucks given about how their actions impact others. I fully understand that. In my case, I was still in college and I couldn't focus on study so my grades slipped immediately. Quit my part time job because I couldn't work. Saw a doctor at college and ended up on SSRI for a couple months but I'm not sure whether that actually helped or whether it was just letting some time pass. Also I threw out all the stuff she had given me, deleted everything (this was pre-social-media), even threw out and bought all new linen because she had slept on it. Bough…

Tinned salmon or tuna is my default fast food now. Sometimes I will get the ones that already come with some herbs and spices mixed in. Mix with rice, or if you don't have a rice cooker then buy some those 2-minute microwave pouches of rice. The benefit of these is that you can take some in your car for eating outside, at work, or at the gym. All you need is a bowl and a spoon. Heat it, mix it and eat. Practically instant, healthy protein-rich hot meal for less than $5.

I feel the same, it's heartbreaking to know that fantasy of being in love and having it reciprocated in the same way simply doesn't exist. Thailand is a beautiful country and can be a fun place if you are street-smart. But you are not in Kansas anymore, Dorothy, and it's definitely a place that the stupid and their money can be made to quickly part ways. This goes 10x for the guys with blue-pill delusions of being the farang white knight rescuing a poor little Thai country girl and falling in love. Oh boy. There is one other thing that I think deserves to be mentioned here. Keeping a journal Our brains are quite shit at tracking detail over long time scales. We mis-remember, make assumptions and mistakes. How did you really handle that difficult situation in your life two years ago. What are the red-flags you missed in your last relationship, and was it really as great or as shit as those handful of memorable times that left a lasting impression in your mind? Being able to see tangible results of your efforts is the best motivation to keep going. When you first see the hint of a six pack in the mirror, that diet is so much easier to stick to. When you see the numbers keep going up in your strength or compare your current physique to older pictures of yourself it's easier to decide you will go to the gym today after all. Without that, it can be difficult to believe you are making progress at all. Incremental progress is invisible on small time scales.…

Enduring negative experiences like being a child of divorce can be at least as good, if not a better teacher than enjoying positive ones. I think it depends more on the type of person you are whether you can learn from those experiences and turn them into valuable lessons. I realize that now. Since you mention it I find it really strange how she never mentioned her old dance partners, since she wasn't dancing with her ex as he was living in another country for years. And how she let wanted me to check her phone but even in years of message history there were no messages to from her old dance partners on it like you would expect, organizing times or competitions when I know she has competed (so she has definitely been sanitizing it). A lot of new guys come to TRP because they want the power to levitate the spoon (i.e become successful with women and get laid). The harder they try to make the spoon float the heavier it becomes. The more you are focused on attracting women, the more you construct a value system that is external to yourself. TRP is a zen-like journey that leads to enlightenment, an acceptance that this reality is nothing but an adventure we are all on, wearing these weird primate suits with ten fingers and ten …

I was hoping you would reply because I always wondered what the perspective of a guy who knew about dancing would be to this situation. I think she is pretty serious about dancing, she has been doing it for something like 7 years, competitions and stuff. To clarify. A single woman taking dance lessons by herself or with friends is not a red flag. A woman in a relationship who goes dancing without her man is a red flag. Don't date a woman who wants to go dancing without you. I take your point but I think it is still a bit of a red flag if she is into dancing, kind of like as if she is into the nightclub dancing. For sure there are some girls that do it for the cerebral enjoyment of dancing, but I wouldn't say that applies to the majority. I fully…

It's a red flag is it when a girl is into dancing i.e taking lessons, competition etc. Because of the same reasons OP gave; the gender imbalance, you know she's getting tingles being held and grabbed by other guys. Of course she will hamster to you "it's just a sport", but there is without a doubt an implied sexual dynamic at play and an environment where she is getting validation and intimate physical contact with many single guys that are all trying to fuck her. Anecdotally, every female psychiatrist or psychologist I have encountered has been batshit crazy themselves. OP definitely needs a male psychiatrist. For all medical professionals - doctors, psychiatrists, even dentists - you really have to shop around and try a few until you find a guy that is skilled, has attention to detail, and wants to help you. 30 days in jail vs 5+ years in prison, felony criminal record, sex offender registration, can't ever vote or own a firearm again. Honestly I avoid reading stories like this anymore because the shameless unfairness of it just makes me rage. I believe the OP. Years ago I was dating this girl who was working at a doctor's practice. She was seriously interested to find out my ex's details so she could pull her information on the national system to find out if she ever had an STI or something like that. Asked her if that was common (to check people's medical records) she said everyone does it especially the divorced women who are checking up on their ex husbands. Not so much the level, just the fact that you were sick during a period of time. Makes it clearer when you are looking at it months later and wonder why you didn't go to the gym for a week or two. Or to compare against previous years and see how often you got sick, and for how long. Also for AAS side effects, depression, insomnia etc.

Not trying to hijack OP's thread, but I have been working on taking this concept to the next level. How many of you would be interested in an app which lets you log strength/weight/workouts/sleep/health/calories/body fat, etc. Lets you plan out any supplements or medication (including AAS or nootropics) with reminders, and lets you go back, drill down and plot all these variables over any time scale to visualize and compare their effectiveness. Corollary to this: Limit the amount of information you share about yourself - especially on social media. You don't need to share your whole day or every minor achievement, and let people in on your life. By limiting the access of others to your information, they will fill in the blanks with their imagination - let them. Make them wonder what exciting and interesting things you have been up to, and when you do speak with them, you'll have more interesting things to talk about. See Law 16: Use Ab…

I have been taking cold showers twice a day, every day for the last month. Here is what I have noticed: That brain-fogged inertia feeling you get after waking up disappears quickly. After the shower you don't feel as sluggish and are able to focus and get in the zone quicker. The first minute or two is fucking terrifyingly cold. Your body goes into panic mode. For me it's the disappointment that makes me angry. Most women are trash and full of red flags that make it obvious. But from time to time you will still meet some women that will give you hope that she could be LTR material. Weeks or months later start to see the cracks in the matrix and realize you were being lied to or manipulated in some way. It is disappointing when it happens over and over again. It doesn't get better, but you learn not to get your hopes up.

Summary: Perhaps there is no better way to tell how much a man has his shit together than by how organized he is and how neat and clean he keeps his dwelling and possessions. Once you do have your shit together, you'll begin to notice this in others too (and judge them on it).
