1	Overthinking How long have you been meditating? but I suggest you keep at. I once had the same problem as you, overthinking the f#ck out of things. I read countless books, and none have gave me a lasting impact. My last resort was meditating, and I’ve been meditating consistently for the past 3 months and so far I’ve been the happiest I’ve been in the last 6 years.
