It depends, realistically you should be busy with productive shit or other girls, and won't have time to text back.

There's no real hard and fast to be honest, its context dependent, if you frequently communicate then a few hours should be good, if you communicate less frequently then wait longer.

Context is key. How many times have you been on a date with her? Is she genuinely busy that validates her delayed response? Or Is she responding to you sporadically because you’re low on her priority list?

You need to understand the context and then make a call for yourself. My instinct though tells me that you should NEXT her.

In most situations like this, when you’re uncertain, it’s best to apply Mark Manson’s Fuck Yes or No law. Google it if you haven’t heard of it yet.

It depends. If she replies regarding a meet up, I'll reply back to lock down the date / hangout. At the end of the day, I'm trying to meet up so I can escalate and fuck. I'm not gonna waste mental energy counting down the seconds of how long it took her to reply.

If she replies with something cold or short, I'll just ignore and text back in a couple of days, unless I've already soft nexted her before, I'll just hard next and use the time to approach new girls.

Whatever you do, do not reply emotionally. If you're mad that she's texting back so late. If you feel resentment or frustration with this girl, just ignore her text for a few hours, go to the gym / meditate or whatever, and then read the text again at a more logical state of mind and see if you want to reply or just ignore.

It would be rude of me to get upset at a girl doing the exact same thing I do to them.

If her message doesn't warrant a reply I would just let it go. If she asks a question or the conversation needs input from me, usually I will just reply within a few minutes of reading her text. I feel like girls can tell when guys notice they are playing text games and will often feel stupid for doing it. Usually if I reply immediately to a long delayed message, the girl will respond a lot faster the next time, sometimes immediately
