doyogawithme.com- different styles of yoga to try, gentle, hatha, and restorative would be good for starting out stretching your hips and back. I would have to know more about your hips and back to suggest yoga poses but people with back issues tend to like "legs up the wall". Look around on groupon or amazon local if you want to try out studios, most studios offer free first class I do yoga at studio and at home with youtube and doyogawithme. I also sub teach vinyasa and gentle yoga.

This is described in men are from mars, women are from venus, in this book he calls it going in the man's hole. The advice given in the book is to not bring it up and be loving to him when he comes back. My husband does this and it does make me uncomfortable. I try to focus on my personal hobbies during this time, learn something new. I also like OP try to make the place more relaxing when he comes home from work, make sure the house smells nice/neutral, everything is organized and clean. I have…

Anticipating wants and needs. This is something a wife or LTR can do better than just any ol lady. Be aware of likes and dislikes of your man, this is a great way to never feel offended if he didn't like something, you can learn from it and know how to please him better in the future instead of feeling sorry for yourself.

I am 24, husband is 24 1) I am married, we have been in LTR for four years, lived together 3. Got married because we want to raise kids together + tax benefits from me staying at home, if we were not going to have kids I would have been happy not being married. 2) I would have to live with SO. I have never wanted to live alone and I enjoy spending almost all of my free time with SO. I am a housewife currently. 3) I would never date a guy who has kids with someone else. I want children and SO wan…

I mainly do yoga, walk, and hike. These are the things I enjoy the most and stick with that is why I do them. I think the best exercise is walking. It boosts creativity, calms, is good for the heart with little risk of injury.

I need to remember the vitamin! I am about the same as you but my work is less than part time ( teach yoga and watch kids irregularly) I do the yard work, I cut the front yard one day, and split the backyard in two days. This way I don't get sun burned and get outside a few days a week.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
