Pretty standard stuff, really. At the age of 12, I received my first scribe.

So, a newly arrived white male immigrant is to take on the mantle of historical oppressor? How do you breathe up on that cross? Is that the white man’s burden your holding there, maybe if you put it down you’d think clearly.

You keep tilting at that windmill.

As soon as you start in on white male privilege, I’m out. It’s a hide that bigots often crouch Behind and lob ignorant epithets in the name of equality.

Women are routinely given the pussy pass in court, sentence severity proves this out. But ya, you do you.

In the similar vein of the male feminist, yet another diversity hire washes out when given enough rope to hang themselves. Identity politics is rife with bigots of all stripes

How is this anything to do with fake news? The actual author of the thesis is there to defend her position, such as it is. Her work is available online.

You think multiple women saying it and the ability to just walk in and verify would preclude your oh so professional opinion.
/r/MensRights30/11/17 05:28 PM

Agreed, claiming the mantle of victimhood also allows the person to have the self perceived moral high ground. This whole fad of showcasing your oppression or victim status is out of control. Intersectionality has run amok and it will not be fixed easily.
/r/MensRights30/11/17 04:57 PM

The claim can be easily verified by the Corp. just look under his desk... she lawyered up pretty quick and nbc dropped him asap. I would say the evidence they were shown or had gathered was rather damning.

Oh, I entirely agree. The moral panic and ensuing rush to point fingers is over the top. We have people losing their livelihood for touching a knee. But we do have to keep in mind that there are some straight up legit evil people(men AND women) in this world and the entertainment industry is so focused on potential profit that they willingly turn a blind eye to reprehensible behaviour.
/r/MensRights30/11/17 01:22 PM

Another woman kept all his txt messages and has since lawyered up. He had a button under his desk that would lock his office door. He used that as a means to trap and intimidate these women. Not all men are rapists, but not all men are saints either. Don’t be blinded by your ideology.

You’re here aren’t you? I’d say it looks pretty awesome and is indeed on YouTube so he was accurate in his statement. Oh, and using anti-depressants as your excuse(or lack there of) is cheap and low class. She should have been arrested right as soon as she threatened him and said as much to the officer.

That’s shitty. It’s like negative billing level of shitty. Thanks for clarifying. I’m glad I did it when I did. I had a conditional discharge which the states do not recognize. But I’ve been back and forth several times since then without issue so I guess my request to get my info expunged was completed.

Odd, I’m from Ontario and had my arrest record and fingerprints destroyed upon formal request. Has this changed recently? I had it done several years ago now. I’ve travelled to the US several times without issue and have worked in the big five as well as the major banks. Not once was my background check ever brought into question. Some of these were more than your usual enhanced reliability checks too.

Women often invest years of unpaid homemaking and caregiving labor in marriages. This time out of the workforce has an impact on women’s ability to re-enter the labor market in well-paying jobs, and relegates many women to low-wage service sector jobs or underpaid “women’s work.” These factors have a collective impact on women’s lifetime earnings, robbing them of Social Security credits and limiting their access to company pension plans and security in retirement. How does this statement line up…

The conviction rate for reportable crimes of all types is 57%. I know you will have heard the figure of 6%. Everyone has. I'm not minimizing childhood emotional abuse, that is a horrible fact of life for a lot of children. This is an adult and the so called abuse is in the workplace, and entirely different thing. And to church it up like she has(look at meee, I'm a victim too) shows me that while she may be questioning feminism, she has bought into the Marxism underclass victim motivations in full. What difference does it make if she has been charged? That is neither here nor there in this context. ANYONE can have their name in the paper, charges or "permission" is irrelevant. Not being charged has no bearing on if her name can or cannot be printed. If this is due to the laws surrounding not releasing victims' names; the case was deemed invalid and as a result, her protection at that point is null. There is no trial, hence no protection.

This will have absolutely NO impact on future accusations. There has been women who have admittedly been serial false accusers. However, due to the sensitivity of a rape cry, police must investigate each allegation as if it were the first. She should be given the same sentence that would have been given to that poor bastard that only wanted to help. Lesson learned; if she is laying there bleeding, just step over her and continue on as if you never saw her.

Wow, this was around the time of the mass hysteria over satanic daycare as well was it not? That poor man, he has had his life stolen. His career, his relationships with neighbours. He has been ostracized in every sense of the word. How many others are forgotten in jails under the same circumstances? I do not understand why there is no personal culpability on the part of the court officials. I get that there is a need for prosecutorial immunity, but there needs to be a real consequence for this …

The principle asks us to hear the teacher's side of the story. I said I was not interested in descending into a he said she said type debate a d she responded with" you choose to believe your daughter, I choose to helge my teacher". I was less than impressed with her tact and choice of words. Yes, the video was shown. However, the principal felt that since the SERT was not actively engaging my daughter it was ok. I just dealt with this a few months ago(Jan/Feb). My daughter (in grade 10) has a SERT who asked a number of leading questions and basically talked circles around my daughter. My daughter had said that it was my wife and I's (?) anniversary and the the SERT asked how long we had been married. My daughter told her and the SERT sTated that "they must be in love". To which my daughter replied that no, they fight and yell(like any married couple does). The SERT than asked specifically about my tempe…
