Depending on your University, though, people are generally friendly and you should have plenty opportunity to meet new people in classes and/or in any organizations. Also, when it comes to going out/partying, unless you have a good reason to not go, then you should go. Some nights, you may feel like, "I don't really feel like going out." 2	Being nice in general There's nothing wrong with being nice. But when it comes to customer support on the phone, BE ANGRY. Those people always have extra offers or deals (like free HBO) for dissatisfied customers. Also, don't be afraid to ask for things or be a little assertive.
