There are different shades of anxiety, the principle is the same. The reason why issues are being medicalized is so that Big Pharma can the come up with a pill and make a few billions here and there. Back to the problem at hand, it's all about a trigger causing the amygdalae to take control in situation where it is not necessary, a.k.a. anxiety. I am a guy, the HB scale makes a lot of sense. Some people might think Attractive/not attractive and then More attractive than average and not ugly but not that attractive either extremely attractive and so on. Before getting into PUA lack of sex/women was an issue, I thought it was THE issue. Now I have met Ms. Right/LTR, that's HB9. And sex is no longer an issue.
