1	With few exceptions when it comes to working, whatever it is, more often than not men do it better... I had the opportunity to look through a bunch of applications in a recruitment process and one of the questions asked the applicant to list in order of importance the qualities they find most important in a role. It was a bit of a mixed bag but generally nearer the top of males applications was the ability to advance their career and nearer the top of females was being able to have a good work/life balance.
