No I don't think it's weird if a woman is seen eating by herself. In many cases its easier to make connections if you're by yourself, maybe reading a book. Avoiding the phone while doing so is more inviting as well. Places like golf clubs, steakhouses and more relaxed scenes is more ideal for the type of people you'd want to attract.

I've sat on this for a while so. I'm a married mum. SAHM and about to be a CFO for a family business. Right now my biggest focus is mental health and battling some old self esteem issues that came back. The plan: continue some counseling to remember who I am and focus on that. The home front is doing well. Really trying to navigate juggling the CFO bit and motherhood. A plus is that beauty wise I've gotten into the use of retinol and I'll be working my way up to tretinoin eventually. It's made a…

Had a friend who dyed her hair this vibrant red in uni. It was beautiful. She dyed her brows and men had trouble comprehending that her eyebrows were coloured in, so they assumed she was a natural cherry red 😂

My mother used to be with a NVM who wanted blondes (she's olive skinned, brunette, bluish green eyes -- classic mediterranean) so she was pickme enough to damage her beautiful hair (she was in her 40s when she did this) and get this brassy blonde that didn't suit her at all. She hated it. Ends up he didn't like her natural hair because the contrast between the brunette with the bright eyes (think Adriana Lima colouring and appearance) was "too striking" and "attracted too much attention". That's…

I get natural highlights from the sun but I wanted something more platinum so I went all out since it looks more even. Lost their fucking minds over it. "Your eyebrows suggest---" cool, I'm an ash blonde naturally so get over yourself, it's all of a shade or two darker than platinum. Relax. Lmao

Really? Nice! I'm gonna look into that because there's been some doubt as to how well the retinol works in the long term but given the results, my skin is probably gonna adjust pretty good by the time I get it. Thank you so much x

I was reading that! I can't get a prescription for Retin A :/ but do you have a tretinoin you recommend?

I got the Ordinary 1% off Amazon for 13.95. The actual website sells it for $6 but I'm sure the shipping is insane. I was skeptical because people said it either burned or did nothing, but I have sensitive skin on the dry side, definitely got rough retinol burn the first time (lasted a week) and relied on sunscreen and aloe vera. When it healed there was a noticeable difference with the smile lines (unfortunately genetic but they were a lot milder after the first use). Decided to use it again af…

Sis your user is familiar. I think I remember you from my old user before I deleted and made a new account. You introduced me to the retinol game! My goodness, the results of the 1% formula dissipated my mouth lines after two uses. Lifesaver!

Funny how we get made fun of for going through some sort of mandala//LoA/meditation/yoga phase and being called "basic" when the majority of us are trying more holistic methods to recover from trauma. Edit: It's also something like 80% of people with fibromyalgia are women and have a traumatic past? All my friends with fibro go to yoga to alleviate chronic pain. I'll check sources.

Normally I'm up to speed; decided to do some quick Google research and it's mixed. Once you ejaculate arousal quickly subsides and the blood rushes back to the brain and dumping a ton of oxygen. The endorphins are the first things to subside in the brain leaving adrenaline. This puts the body into an active response state not unlike flight or fight mode. Thus post-nut clarity. This is an evolutionary trait, especially in men, that goes back over a million years when we were still the prey. Sex w…

Explains why so many pickmes my mother's age blamed me when I spoke up about my abuse and it became a court case. One of them had the audacity to act like a 6yo could seduce a grown ass man because "were you just jealous of your mother?" What a legacy Fraud brought to the world 🙄

I cried because I'm in my 20s. I'm on baby 2 due in October. Our first is a toddler. Already I see how most people in my situation are holding out for their kids to be school aged so they can reclaim pieces of themselves again. Because my real passions, hobbies and the things I love (illustrations, playing piano, working out) are all dictated on sleeping schedules, energy reserves and time itself. Maybe a bit "woo" on my part, but I had an acquaintance who was TTC with a NVM for over 4 years. Unexplained infertility. She caught him cheating, moved on, leveled up and got with an amazing man and got pregnant within two cycles. So on some level I do believe it lol

Oh no! Don't do that! Actual articles from real sources! 😩 but of course "it must be liberal funded" and "who REALLY writes these?". He made six fucking figures, funded his three step children and waits on his parasite hand and foot, but has the scrotacity to disregard my mother and I. He's low value with some money. The funniest thing was back in the day, watching these tradwomen make discourse about how men should be, after spending months or YEARS on their blog talking about how women ought to act and how feminism ruined the west. Then they'd wonder why their own following would backfire on them when they'd post said discourse. 🤷🏼‍♀️🥱

I always enjoyed the "18 years later" response by the woman that the song was about. here “Sorry, girl, but you missed out. Well, tough luck that boy’s mine now, we are more than just good friends, this is how the story ends.” My story ended with a Ph.D. in astrophysics and the support of a loving non-nuclear family. Not that anyone ever asked. I'd say it's a win Forgot my edit: it is humourous btw like the onion but still the best comeback I've ever read lol

That's horrible! This is why we trust our gut so ruthlessly because when it happens, we usually know who did it even if the cops say they don't, or naysayers go "wHeReS tHe PrOoF?" I'm sorry you and your mum had to deal with them, as if a man will be safety. Most of them can't even oral anyway. I was stupid enough to date a guy who was 3inches hard. He said this bullshit all the time. I broke it off because it didn't do anything for me. Fingers and oral is foreplay for a reason but they're not ready to talk about that.

The men who flock to trad movements and want 4-12 kids are an immediate write off. Even said trad women I've met irl and online admit their heart isn't fully in it; they were/are more of the mind that trad means 2 kids, a dog, a nice house, white picket fence and a relaxed housewife life. But these men? Pfft. They like seeing her in pain, bearing multiple kids so she will be "marked" or "tainted". There's tons of men (and their handmaidens) that tell women, day in and day out, that whatever abuse or unhealthy dynamic they're enduring with a man is "because she doesn't respect herself". When the reality is he doesn't care about anything that doesn't benefit him. It is still rooted in blaming the woman for a man's shitty actions.

The whole thing was a trip and after it happened and I called the police, I told him about it and he acted like the man who repaired the fireplace did it. My gut immediately knew it was him. I'm doing much better since ahah. I'm with you entirely though. I cannot imagine living on my phone and disregarding so much of my real life for someone I've never met, may never meet, or could be a total psychopath. One other thing is how damn costly it is to even have a LDR. If you ever check out the subreddit for it you'll see something like an American flying to Sweden once or twice a year. Yes. It's why I specify its good but definitely not a green flag or high value. It's so easy to get caught in the trap of that with how much society praises the bare minimum and mediocrity. After seeing further details, his ex wife is likely under 40 (still young and has tons of time) and was trying to tough it out for the kids but couldn't. Women don't leave because "they're just not happy anymore". I'm concerned he's looking for a "new model" if he went some level of "window shopping" while on…

I'm a bit concerned with the lack of answering about the age gap. The other one was dating before official divorce. At that point a separation means nothing because people separate, men typically "go on break", have sOmE fUn then go back to their wives. It happens all the time; I knew a couple where they separated for an entire decade and dated other people, then got back together 🤡
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/06/21 06:02 PM
12

Thank you for further context. Did he say how old the children were when they split? May I ask if there's an age gap between you two that's major? The guy in my experience split with his ex wife before their child turned a year old so that set off alarm bells. Please note I'm asking all this because even some of the most HV appearing single fathers end up being completely batty. From what you're saying and what he's given you, all seems well so far. May I ask what needs you feel are being unmet?…
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/06/21 05:18 PM
42

Thank you love. I was getting down voted at first so I added my experience in case it was FDS queens being like "what's her deal?". The other reason their split was a red flag was due to them separating before their son turned a year old and they tried some sort of open relationship dynamic before calling it quits. He claimed it was her idea (as if). Obviously his ex wife got lots of male interest and he got nothing so he was sour grapes lmao.

Okay so how have you been able to determine he's HV? How old are the kids? How often does he see them? Why are he and the mother no longer together? What has he told you specifically? If you're asking how to get your needs met this is already the start of a red flag. If he isn't meeting them and you're seeking advice, then why? Why isn't he meeting those needs? You're just starting to date him from what the title implies. Don't take yourself off the market for him. Edit: I'm gonna add my experie…

Being a pickme doesn't mean bad necessarily. We've all had some level of pickmedom due to societal conditioning. However, those women specifically reinforce crap like "the wall" and "marry young" then magically become overnight allies/activists when they're 25+ and unmarried or without children. If you're becoming an activist solely because it relates to you, or you spot a wrinkle, or life just didn't pan out how you assumed it would, it's superficial all around.

They've already come to that depraved conclusion at some point, it is going to be much easier for them to relapse back into it if things don't go their way. The entitlement doesn't really vanish, it'll just manifest into something else until they work on themselves.

ReLiGiOuS men do NOT care about or desire truly religious/spiritual women. Best way to test it? Go as observant (devout) as possible. Men want modesty in the way that still satisfies their penises. Decide to veil daily? Self oppression! Only wearing clothes that cover your elbows, knees and/or collarbones? What are you, Muslim? Daily prayer? Pfft, he loves that you're doing so but aren't you going overboard? They turn atheist real quick.

They're more obsessed with inflicting this kind of violence instead of, you know, protecting their daughters. It's sick how many of them just wanna be that dad when being that dad is saying "this guy is pushing closer to 30 and you're still in high school wtf".

My first LTR is a LVX. He said "those who blaze together stay together". When I stopped because I felt a bit old for it (21) and it was giving me severe panic attacks every time, he accused me of having a peppered past because "only guilty people get anxiety when they smoke".

They don't truly want RPWs. They claim they want trad women, yet everything points to them hating said RPWs just as much, and there's no denying it. They discarded the traditional woman a long time ago. They expect to have a tradwife but still make her go half halfsies which is enough proof they hate women regardless of what we do. If you oppose it, you're supposedly what's wrong with the world. If you resort to becoming a RPW, they assume you're a poser trying to gain male approval. You get cal…

Thats why it's easy to de-center them. The constant goal post shifting was enough to trigger the process. First noticed it around 15 and by 19 it was the harsh realisation of "they aren't consistent and nothing makes them happy. They will also fck fruits and animals so why take them seriously or as a priority anymore?"
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy15/06/21 02:25 AM

No shame in that. You're dating younger but they're fully formed and you aren't taking advantage of them. Even if the woman is the older one, we are still at risk of becoming a sugar mama or expected to take on the role of a second mother and bangmaid. Except the fun addition of "it's such a wild twist that you're older" and you never hear the end of it.

Victim mindset? If she's bossing it up then that's anything but victimhood. They're sick with victim blaming. They openly say atrocious shit to us irl because they don't face consequences for it. All of what they say to us is projection. They want women to be "soft" and "gentle" bur they won't protect us or cherish us and in reality they expect us to be them in female bodies. Exactly. We aren't making a whole ass hate-filled database like femfax or coalfax. We aren't posting our exes nudes all over whatever that forum is. Men think we're abusive if we hurt their fee fees trying to stand up for ourselves. The dark triad women don't do this and they're the most ruthless. The whole "revenge of the woman scorned" is another scrote trope.

Why we don't tell them our traumas. Ever. Why we need more female exclusive relationships in our lives. Men always have an ulterior motive. Why you never give out your Facebook or Instagram or personal anything to them. This does seem fake. A lot of harsh realities caused me to de-center men early on in life. This was one of them. As well as the shifting goal posts, obsession with novelty, them never knowing what they really want, etc. The closer we get to de-centering and understanding the true nature of men, the easier it is to dismiss their awful attempt at shaming.

This, ladies, is why I recommend you avoid dating entirely if you have a sick child, until the outcome either improves or you continue to heal. You're going to be expected to cater to a man, tenfold, who will want you to be grateful for his every action because "I'm paying attention to you when you're no fun so entertain me". Source: my stepmother did what this woman did while her son was in the hospital for brain cancer. All she attracted was leeches.

No it isn't cynical. I suspect it too. Unless it's part of your job to be within a certain fitness criteria, a man with a wife and three children who manages to look like a "Greek God" is questionable. It also completely shows he's not contributing to parenting or labour for their children.

So I missed the "love him more than our children" bit but yeah wtf?? The top comment was "he loves you because you're an amazing mother blah blah blah" like okay but she clearly feels like just a mother so this doesn't help. Other people did call out the "loves him more than the kids" comment and addressed that she definitely needs therapy. Having 3 under 5 is back to back which can cause irreversible damage. Hope she gets the help she needs because this whole post hurts my heart.

"I'm a sapiosexual" no you're not, you just like good conversation and a genuine connection. Also he is not out of her league. She gave him 3 kids under 5yo which is nothing short of insanity. And she still has a full time job. Oh and ofc he can "be built like a Greek God" because she's doing all the work while he fucks off to the gym, has a full sleep schedule and only worries about his one day job. She's out of his league and he needs to do better.

I spot a Jewish painting as this woman's PFP. What she preaches is spot on to what I was raised with lmaooo The community sees women/mothers at the same level as Rabbim. Men need to seriously study for years before becoming a Rabbi. Women are already seen as having the innate connection to G-d that men lack. Apparently I'm vain for abiding by voluntary modesty laws? Mothers aren't even allowed to look nice for themselves, let alone as you said, have a life that is unique to them.

One of my closest childhood friends became an MD. She refuses to date doctors, and constantly drops truth bombs on how women's fertility is far too diverse to be summed up by an outdated theory with findings based on 1800s French birth records. And my MD friend talks about the atrocious behaviour male doctors have towards pregnant patients 35+ and referring to them as "geriatric" pregnancies, scaring them into thinking every pregnancy is gonna be "defected". 😷

Won't watch. Will not. Nope. They always say stuff like "she aborted my son </3" Like excuse me sir but most abortions are only allowed in a majority of the United States when they're 12 weeks or younger in utero. The likelihood of finding out the gender accurately is extremely low (unless you do a blood test but the best way is an anatomy scan which is typically between 16 and 20 weeks) and why assume it's a son? It's such a mindjob because you find out your uniqueness is not based upon, you know, qualities that confirm you're an actual human being and in a way you might feel crushed when you're younger. Because the illusion of uniqueness feels gone, but girls and women should absolutely remember their uniqueness is within their foundation and not because of the complexities behind being human. It's so insidious.

One FDSer called me a "lame older woman." Ageism goes over their heads constantly. They're feeding into the patriarchal "older women are unfckable and jealous" trope and they aren't listening at all. I don't like the word psychic either. It's a very monetised term that's meant to exploit vulnerable individuals who need guidance. What I hated was the script. What I liked when I did my own thing was telling them what I'd see and feel. Yes. My first LTR was with a very cunning LVM. During our break up, he said, "sorry my parents stayed together and were there for me. It's not my fault your mother ran off with you and your father was absent". He'd use it against me constantly. It's why much like not telling men your traumas ever, add if your father wasn't present in your life to the list. It will be constant leverage and they will treat you like you don't understand how relationships work.

Exactly. It's about what works for you. It took me years to nail down what my skin type was down to a tee. Kcare wouldn't benefit someone with my type but it does for others with more balanced or oily skin from what I can tell.

Morning: Cleanser or cleanser bar, whichever one I have on hand. Orange blossom water or rosewater toner. Both work as a great toner and aren't harsh on the skin. Moisturiser. I mixed my serum in with it to eliminate a step. Sunscreen. Night time: Cleansing oil to wash off excess dirt and sunscreen. Cleanser or Cleanser bar. Usual toner. Moisturiser. Night time oil - almond oil or rosehip oil. Almond tends to take longer to soak in than the rosehip. Not technically two things, but everything I u…

I fell into the Korean skincare trap when it was trendy. As someone with dry AND dehydrated skin, it aged me. Getting a 10 step routine daily is excessive. When I found a different method, it reversed a lot of the damage and it's also perfect for my skin type. I went from excess products, 10 steps twice a day, lightening my already fair skin because freckles are a no no, to cleanse, wash, tone, moisturise and repeat but with moisturising oil after cream at night time. The products that have work…

There are a lot of posts here that are something along the line of "no, we're all hot!" Which is, if you ask me, the wrong response. I've seen this too and I've admittedly been a victim of doing the same. It's a lot like internet debates where a guy will egg a woman on and imply she's undesirable and, before you know it, she's posting slightly revealing photos to prove him wrong. Like no sis, that's precisely what he was doing. But realistically, if a plain/conventionally unattractive woman post…

Well, partially it's cultural/ethnic. There's a massive respect for older folks, both men and women, in my culture so I definitely feel grateful to have been brought up in a vastly different pace in that respect. By and large with the world as a whole, the obsession with women never aging is so alarming that I've known men who find it utterly creepy. Yeah, my husband worries about aging for the physical pain risks but says that wrinkles are a good sign on a man. Like duh, you guys are allowed to…

Unfortunately I've known many close friends and family who've internalized the bullshit. Even further, I've seen other women perpetuate it with crap like "you aren't getting any younger" to women who are single in my age range for example.

I've wanted to get older since my teens. That's when I picked up on creeps being predatory and I always saw how freeing it was to be an older lady. Aging hasn't bothered me at any point but unsurprisingly, my own husband is afraid of it more so. Other men I've met in our age range are terrified of it and try to project it onto us. Its just another co-op to try and scare us.

Scrotes want the traditional woman and romanticise the 1950s compliant housewife, yet they neglect to acknowledge that women of those times were hypergamous for all the right reasons. After I saw that I enrolled the next day because I've spent a good YEAR looking for something exactly like that. FDS has the best level up resources without promoting risky lifestyles. FDS is great at keeping us in check when it comes to analysing our own relationships.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/05/21 01:39 AM

We have a lot of overlap. FDS helped me check myself when it comes to trauma and to stand my ground in every type of relationship; work, marriage, friends and ofc toxic family. It's a huge step to get out of that when it's all you've ever known. The constant check ins and reminders here help. Having a pickme mother is as bad, if not worse, than having an LV father.

My mother mentions a lot of the same of what you're saying. She's got a lot of traits to still unlearn and unfortunately hasn't decentered men. I'm slowly dropping FDS bombs on her every time we talk on the phone or text. What's been your most favourite part of your life? Exactly. Lots of men from my ethnic group feel the mother should be the one to determine which last name the child(ren) get (unless they're ultra orthodox in which case I can't speak on that). If it's out of wedlock? It should be a default that it's the mother's name.

The irony being that they are always neglectful of their kids, unless it's a boy ofc. I knew one woman who ended up having a daughter with a man who is now a well known white supremacist and she ran for the hills. Another dogwhistle they seem to use is "women need to get the fuck off the internet". Lmao yes, G-d forbid we learn things and have our own space to talk.

The good kids comment always makes me throw up. The amount of times every single woman I've known has been told this...it is not as much of a compliment as they think it is.

Like why do they always say split personality? That one chaps me severely because I've worked with two clients who had DID, which happens to be a survival mechanism from extreme trauma because they were...protecting themselves...from scrotes who caused irreparable damage.

They really are. They're always the first to complain that western women are too high maintenance and then praise SE Asian women/women from impoverished countries, as well as try to rub it in our faces like we should be jealous, when we really just worry for our SEA/impoverished sisters who are stuck with them. I've been called an elitist yidden b*tch countless times for having zero interest and surprise surprise, dating within my own tribe or liking men that aren't them.

Sis you hit the nail on the head! Long story short, he was a friend of my husband's and came to our house shortly after she left with the whole sob story. I decided to reach out and check on her, since she left with their four month old baby. Lo and behold, he was trying to push polygamy on her and triangulated a handful of women who were insecure enough to somehow be cool with polygamy AND the fact that he was married 😐

Since men dump women for something as mild as once having crushed on a bad boy, I'd leave. This woman not only deserves better but clearly her husband is as low value as the previous guy. And we all know her bully, the mean side of the coin of pickmedom, purposely did that so OP would find out. This wasn't a coincidence. This was premeditated. Back in my teenage pickme days, I went out with a really goodlooking guy who ended up gaining a shit ton of weight. By the end of our relationship, I couldn't feel more than probably 3 inches and I started to forget that his penis was bigger than it looked. Men will shave to make it look bigger but neglect to change their diets and lifestyles. Do not give away too much information as to why you and your child's father split. I had heard the option to shorten the strings framed as an option a woman can take if the man "doesn't like the way the strings feel." For all the years my self preservation has been criticised by scrotes and I'd get called "sneaky", this sure as hell shows they're sneakier than a snake in the grass. I've had more men ask me in near tears/desperation on why I'm an ice queen/bitch/aloof and the best response has always been, "do I know you?" Completely sends them over the edge. Especially when you genuinely give zero fucks, you won't know they existed anyway lol

This might be something triggering but I feel you. Nazis specifically (and I mean the has-a-swastika-tattoo-on-their-chest kind) approach me a lot due to where I live in the US. That is until they realise what I am, because I pass for northern european/have a specific accent that isn't American, and not the Jewish caricature they expected. So instead of running for the hills, it becomes an "oh you fooled me, fck you, I'm gonna hate fck/r*pe you" deal. It gets scary. The logical answer would be t…

It's kind of my own version/definition unrelated to scrote circles, but it's stuff that mainly consists of doing what men do to us on a minor level, such as: imitating their actions not texting back mindgames dismissive Basically things I wouldn't recommend. An in depth list is great if you're dealing with an LVM and want to "keep them in their place" like a manager, but a tried and true HVM won't put up with it at all. It's why for almost a decade I've sought out ONLY friendship with women. The two men I'm friends with are both gay and married to lovely husbands. It's nice to hang out with them. But that's literally the rare exception. The hardest part that took years for me to get over was pickme friends choosing guy groups over girls nights.

My friends thought I was harsh and that maybe he "needed privacy from his roomies". Nah sis, he had a girlfriend, guaranteed. I could hear traffic during our brief calls. No thanks. Yes. This is so accurate. If you're completely off the market or married, it doesn't stop them either which has its own issues. Every time my friends ask how to keep a man, I tell them you have to genuinely give zero/negative amount of fucks about their existence. Nothing attracts a man more than a woman who hasn't slept with them and won't. Unfortunately those are LVM which are abundant. But this could be made into another post of how LV want what they can't have and HVM want what is equal.

There's always a new level and it just goes to show they worsen with age in every way. Yet every woman I've been around who gets older is witty, fun, they have something to offer. My comment about men being sociopathic brought a lot of that. I wonder if they will ever take accountability for all their brethren of every spectrum who proudly admit they don't have empathy. Men are bold enough to admit to your face that empathy isn't something they feel, like that's something to be proud of. Then again, they'll say "any man who doesn't admit to (insert shitty behaviour or quality) is lying" yet freak out when we say "oh okay, all men then" 🙄
