Exactly. If they are required to lift 30lbs but we're tested to lift 100lbs then you can say discrimination. If you are required to lift 100lbs and tested to lift 100lbs, even 110lbs to be safe, then no discrimination.

The mom was questioned by the cops. But it wasn't very long. Little girl had autism and had a habit of escaping from the house. But yeah they we're scrutinized more than the mom and she basically stepped into defend them. Which was nice.

Thanks for the x link guys. Its was a very sad situation. I am just glad my gf was there to help. I lost interest in responding in the other thread, but I would like to add that the two original guys we're questioned heavily when the cops came. And they we're a lot more comfortable helping once a women was there.

I don't think you are picturing the scene very well. A scared girl crying, dressed only in a summer dress, no shoes. And a guy is trying to comfort her to calm her down and try to help her out. If a women similar to Op's story came along then what? What if a cop came along? Of course the guys wanted to help. But once a label like pedophile is tacked on you, you pay for it dearly and there are tons of stories out there of innocent men being vilified for harmless interactions. No worth it.
