Ok I would imagine they had an easier time learning social skills, swagger as you put it, than reading endless books online.. must be easier than people make it out to be

Did you downvote my post? Dude I’m literally asking for advice on what to do. You make no sense. Why do you think I’m on this website posting for someone to advise me on this situation....???

There is a lot of misconception about this whole alpha/beta thing, which was I believe initially created by sororities to classify guys into two categories - the ones who were more loud and leader-like and the more laid back guys. Both of which they were attracted to. It's like the same thing as saying a girl is cute or hot. Like is she loving, sweet, wonderful, or hot sexy seductive. Both are attractive just different

Yeah I mean I'm no expert but basically exploring the negative emotions by delving into past experiences and "reliving" them in your mind - which will lead you too the "root trauma" and by reexperiencing it through a vivid "reliving" it will release the suppressed emotions and free you from the related anxiety response EDIT: sounds like something meditation might do over time, let me know what you think

So maybe in need of a change of place and change of friends. I've been getting that sense. Why put up with people who cause me to feel this way? Maybe I've been around them for too long EDIT you know what, I shouldn't be even concentrating on anything related to other people, I should just be completely concentrated on things that are productive and growth related.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
