I'm sorry you're going through a tough time sweetie! Just try to stay as healthy as possible and strive for progress even when your results are less significant than other people. Stay confident and happy; you already have some one that loves you so you're in no rush to reach a certain weight by a given time. Best of luck and health to you 😊

Believe me I agree with you. I have PCOS and have had great results with counting my macros and weight training but a lot of people with my disorder bitch all the time about not being able to see Results. She's taking a mild dose of steroids though. Believe it or not that does make it much more difficult to lose weight. So many people make excuses as to why they can't lose weight but if you reread OP's post it seems like she has a valid reason as to why she's having some trouble.
