Not OP, so I can only guess. I think it's because the polo fits like a garbage bag over his sloppy body.

I've read that lowering estrogen can seriously lean you out. Which is probably what would entice a lot of people. I have naturally elevated test, and as a result, I have elevated estrogen. I lucked out, and my only real side effects are having a hard time keeping my bf below 15% for extended periods, water retention, and carb cravings at night. What is the rebound like for lowering estrogen?

A good writeup on both diet and training would be awesome. I'm sure there are a few of us that are counting calories, killing it in the gym, and just not seeing the results. I'd love to hear another perspective.

Could this be hormonal? Maybe getting some blood panels could help identify a reason. Do you have previous blood tests to compare numbers to?

Congrats on going through that. I know that wasn't fun. However, with those accomplishments, you really shouldn't feel the need to prove yourself. He just has an oddly strong opinion that doesn't coincide with your experiences. There's no need to tell them to kill themselves. On a side note, their comment could be one of those comments meant to bait you into giving away info about yourself such as where you went to school, or what company you work for. I'm aware of how paranoid that sounds. It w…

Have you encountered any issues with prolactin? I've read that there's a connection between prolactin/estradiol and it seems as though this is something that can be very important to take a look at.

This is what I think this entire sub is really all about. We get a lot of hate here at TRP, but the reality is that this is a sub about self-improvement with some of the focus on how to get the woman (women) of your dreams. It's pretty easy to read between the lines in this post, but I'll break it down anyway. 1) Take inventory and acknowledge your strengths/weaknesses. /u/Diece said he was not socially apt. He spent most of his time on a computer and felt like he was terrible with women. 2) Fin…

Under Armor makes a really good hybrid boxer brief - compression short combo. Boxer Jock 9." I wear them all the time. I'm more muscular than most pants are made to fit, so when I put on clothes you can see everything. I'm very conservative with my body, so I'm not looking to show that off. The best thing I've found are these boxers. They compress your junk in a comfortable way and they work really well as compression shorts for the gym.

I'm not trying to brag, but it comes naturally with me. I've always been told that I'm charming. Could you please explain what you mean by meeting certain caveats? I think you mean a whole bunch of different adjectives for being "cool," but I'm not going to put words in your mouth. Perhaps this is what OP is actually looking for; advice on how to win friends without alienating his ambitions (or vice versa).

I'm partly with you. Dressing better is definitely a plus, but wearing a tuxedo to a BBQ will definitely look off. I think that's the misunderstanding you are having with/u/ibuprofiend.

This really is the idea. YOU pursue YOUR interests and your social life will fall into place with your happiness. I used to live in Manhattan and the lifestyle is just insane. People literally drink every single day. All they want is someone to give them attention. It's so sad to look at. If you spend your weekdays in the gym or taking classes (pursuing a master's or something), you'll find quality people to spend your time with. Pursuing your interests will only be as wild and crazy as you're w…

Hitting on the guy approaching your gf is a seriously underused tool. If you do it well, your gf will respect the hell out of you. I know, it sounds ridiculous, but it works like magic. I've done this for my friends girlfriends and sisters a few times. This has prevented fights which would normally get me kicked out of wherever I was at. There were a few times where guys must have thought I was cool I guess and wound up buying me drinks.

Don't let that anger consume you. Use that passion you're feeling to drive your dreams. Work on you and develop yourself. I know it goes against the grain here, but as you continue to work on yourself you'll find both men and women that are truly worthy of your time. Use that anger to grow. The greatest relationship you should ever have is the one you have with yourself. Use that anger as the motivation to build a better you and you'll love yourself even more.

I really hate to say it, but there is no justice that can ever be had here. It really bothers me that I think she should actually be murdered in order to rid the world of what I consider to be pure and absolute evil. I think a bunch of people here are downvoting you because you haven't cited any research to support your statement. The thing is, I've only heard that there is no difference between the races in terms of penis size. What I have heard is that there are INDIVIDUAL differences due to DNA, culture, diet, and whatever is going on with your endocrine system.

It's going to be a long road. I don't really know where you're starting at. I think it's very likely that both of the pics you posted have models with multiple years of AAS usage. If that's really what you want to look like, it may be in your best interest to get as much natural gains you can now. Then, go on hormones after 25. /r/steroids should help answer you're questions.

You didn't write anything regarding goals or include a picture on what you'd like to look like. So, I'm just going to give a general answer. A ton of people are going to recommend starting strength. While I don't think there's anything wrong with it, it was underwhelming to me. I used to play a lot of sports, so what I was used to was more than what was part of starting strength. What you have definitely leaves a lot to be desired. My recommendation would be to do starting strength for 2-3 month…

It's all good. I take no offense. I think you may be pretty close to conceptualizing everything. You keep saying "that's my way; different strokes for different folks." Your way, and my way don't need to be the same. In fact, the growing, the self development, the discipline... They are the building blocks to separate yourself from the herd and find your own way. It's insane how easy this is for me. Instead of going up to women and approaching them, they come looking for me. I do make a point to dress as provocatively as most of the women do. I've actually been incredibly interested in this recently. From what I gather, the increase in testosterone is considered to be one of the main hormonal contributors to gaining lean muscle. What I don't understand are the uses of other hormones in your body. Myostatin, prolactin, thyroid, cortisol... What role do any of the other hormones play? You should definitely not take my word for it. There are multiple ways to skin this cat, and the option I mentioned may not be the best for you. In fact, I've posted in r/steroids and asked them how they would set up a good PH cycle. The overwhelming response is that PH is a waste of time, it's a waste of money, and it's more risky... The thing is, you really need to do your own research and take statements from strangers, like me, on the internet with a grain of salt. Best of luck.

Before you make any decisions you may want to take the blood test again under the same conditions. Testosterone can vary wildly. 10 week cycle? What will you be doing? Do you have PCT on hand? How much do you sleep at night? Do you have a consistent sleep schedule? I've never injected anything. I've only done cycles of prohormones (epi/halo) a few times. For what it's worth, OP most likely analyzed the situation and said to himself "I don't see long-term happiness here." There's two sides to every story, but from what I'm reading I think I'd have to walk out too. It sounds hostile as if she's looking to argue. Some people like to argue, some think it's annoying. OP most likely just doesn't care about what she cares about at the same level she cares about it and enough was enough. However, I'm like you. I play devil's advocate too.

That's a fair and thoughtful answer. My opinion on it was that he needed guidance on his logic rather than scolding. About that, I've actually had my friends do this when they get nervous. We would go to one bar and when they would get nervous I'd just say we'd go to another bar. Essentially, the trick was to get turned down a few times, on purpose by making a goofy face or saying something nonsensical, then on the walk to the next bar just laugh about how awkward and ridiculous the whole exchange was. Eventually, they learned that there really is no consequence for trying and failing. That is, as long as they…

Do you think this is part of some antiquated policy from the school though? I know that the policy at schools like West Point are more or less like this. Kids get caught having Sex on campus. There are only 2 options: both students are penalized and held back a semester, and they will likely do some form of punishment; or the girl says it was rape and the make student gets all kinds of screwed (expulsion, dishonorable discharge, criminal charges, owes a ton of money for school...) What may help with the cold approaches is trying to get turned down. I got a few of my less successful friends to do this before and it seems to help them. They would do it at some bar that we knew we weren't staying at, get rejected a few times, leave, then have a good laugh about how bad they failed. The thing is, it's not about failing. It's about realizing that there are no real consequences for failure. Just start a conversation and see where it takes you. No need to worry or be intimidated…

While I agree with your sentiment, I think you may have missed the point. While most people just don't like the feel of condoms, I think a bigger take away is that there have been cases where women have sperm jacked. They would take condoms from the trash and put the semen in their vagina in order to get pregnant. I know what you're thinking. "I'll just flush my condoms down the toilet." I do the same. Good question. I was diagnosed after joining. I never needed a waiver. However, I do know people that were diagnosed before joining. Some men (a whole lot here) find that unattractive. So much so, that they don't see a future with a woman that has tattoos. I know a few people who just don't see themselves raising children with women that have tattoos. It's a value that people are definitely entitled to have. This makes the pool of potential mates smaller for her. tl;dr actions have consequences. This came at a cost to her. The cost is validation and acceptance from the people she most likely would want in her future.

I don't frequently use the terms used in this sub, but what I'm attempting to say is that the term "nice guy" is often used to say that one is beta. Good guys are good independent on their own.
