True. And this is really evident in kindness. Someone who is weak and kind has no choice but to be kind. Someone who is strong and kind is showing restraint Not harming others only means something if you have the power to harm others

It’s quite true. Liberals don’t wanna admit that their promotion of social justice and equity and compassion, although noble and good for society, is still a form of peacocking to get laid

Yeah having a cat with a big head and big eyes can help ease your desire to survive and reproduce for a bit, but it won’t quite give the same visceral satisfaction of reproducing and caring for someone who can actually take on your values

Biology and evolution doesn’t care what you think is delusional or retarded. If it helps with survival and reproduction then the body values it Clear and easy to follow keeps us alive even if it’s not always correct

Yes, correct. There’s nuance and exceptions to everything. However, I think I’m a nuance addict to the point where it burns me. People want clear and easy to understand and easy to follow at the end of the day

I think most modern parents secretly hope for a daughter because being a guy in today’s day and age sucks.

Most people align with red pill ideology. They just won’t call themselves redpilled unless they’re on the losing end and are looking for community. Most people find hypergamy socially acceptable and advisable. Totally normal for women to value men with financial stability and high social standing Men are still expected to initiate and pay for the first date if they can afford to Most people believe that men and women are fundamentally different logically and emotionally.

The thing is, men look like bulky evil henchmen because of fat not muscle. Look at Mr Olympia contestants. They’re bigger and more muscular than 99.99% of people but they still don’t look excessively bulky because they are super lean Meanwhile a lot of strongmen look really bulky because they also have a lot of fat with their muscle

Also humans are pretty adaptable. If my grandma can find my grandpa’s mad scientist, shriveled nutsack looking ass self sexy, anybody can find anyone sexy

We’re all human beings at the end of the day. All unique with our own vices This polarizing take only serves to make people more miserable. “You don’t worship Kamala Harris? You’re a racist and a bigot and you’re what’s wrong with this country.” I bet my saying this makes you want to get defensive, call out my strawman, and talk about how detrimental and irredeemable the right is. That’s exactly my point

You can like someone and still be willing to express disagreement, and only laugh at things that you genuinely find funny, and look at someone as a human being with biases and flaws instead of as a god/goddess

I was just giving a definition, but in general he agrees with her on everything, he’s her personal laugh track, he seems to only value her feedback and perspective on things

Simping is when you put someone on a pedestal just because they have a certain quality like being a woman or being tall or goth or a femboy It can be objectifying because you reduce a whole complex human being to a flat label when you do this. Even if the person being simped for likes the attention it’s an affection for what they represent and not for them as a person so it’ll always feel a little uncanny valley
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 05:50 PM

You’re alive today because your ancestors were consistently attractive enough to get laid and reproduce. If you can’t, there’s probably more than just nature going on. Like capitalism. Tbh I think not watching porn goes a long way.

Guys do fixate on those women because they want the status that comes with sleeping with the woman who has lots of casual sex. The irony that the women who have lots of casual sex are usually pretty picky. As it turns out, the thick goth gamer girl with anime tattoos actually won’t sleep with just anyone. Many guys are willing to sleep with just about anyone but most guys are picky about who they’re genuinely willing to commit to long term

Any woman will do is how you end up with an anxiously attached Christian woman who says a lot of sexist toxic masculinity shit, always fears you’re cheating, drags you to church every Sunday, tries to perform couple stuff in front of friends and makes horrible financial decisions that get you both into deep trouble Get a nice haircut and go to church and you’ll probably come out with 2-3 peoples phone numbers

Sounds like you don’t really care for a partner. You just want to be seen as more attractive and desirable, which is probably true for the man who can and will pay for the date freely If your headspace is really “let’s be fair and split it,” then try bring open about that. Some women might disqualify themselves and withdraw in disgust. That’s totally fine. They may not be mature enough or on the same wavelength to date you. Have some standards

I’m sure we’ll be able to find people who are content with being in a relationship with a misogynist. We’ll find people who content being in a relationship with a car or an AI chatbot or plenty of others that won’t reciprocate their love. If they find meaning in that long term, good on them but most likely they won’t There’s exceptions to pretty much everything

Not sure what you’re on about, but I’ll say that life is nuanced and full of contradictions and paradoxes, so if that’s what you’re looking for that’s what you’ll see

Yeah things are a lot more complexed and nuanced than most people would like to admit. When you zoom out enough you see a bunch of interconnected factors that nobody has any real control over, no free will and all kinds of paradoxes. Still, models are useful for understanding reality. This one doesn’t resonate well with you and that’s totally fine

Gender empowerment is just capitalism. It’s easy to empower women because there’s so many easy products that target their insecurities: makeup, anti aging and skin care products, hair care products, nail care, hair removal, hair loss and shape wear Men are told to get in shape and make more money. Unless you’re a gym membership or some crypto trading scam, it’s more of an uphill climb getting insecure guys to buy your stuff

This is what women mean by nice guy behavior. “If I’m a good person I’m owed a relationship. Look at this bad person getting tons of attention.” The reality is that not being misogynistic is the bare minimum. Chris Brown can still make it work because he’s rich and famous. It’s not that they’re into the misogyny. Most of the time when “bad boys” get attention it’s because they love bomb women. Yeah it’s a manipulation that works short term but most of those dudes can’t maintain long term relatio…

A nice guy is just a polite and agreeable guy. Nothing wrong with being polite but being agreeable makes you look bad. You laugh at jokes you don’t like, apologize when you didn’t do anything wrong, you lie to avoid confrontation. Overall incompetent and untrustworthy guy

Both are important. Look, none of us have it all figured out. I sure don’t. When we admit our fears and struggles we signal we’re human

The consequence of homophobia is that men will avoid things like skin care, fashion sense, emotional vulnerability, etc. Curious as to what women look for in a man? Look at yourself through the eyes of someone who wants to sleep with a man without saying no homo

Very true, but consider the gender roles in hunter gatherer society. Although hunting and gathering was pretty gender neutral, there are far few warrior graves for women. Men did the vast majority of physical fighting and protecting. There’s less need to be able to physically protect or kill someone’s with your bare hands in today’s day and age, but the instincts and neural architecture is still there for women that values such things
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 08:16 PM

Society may have changed but women can’t outmaneuver hundreds of thousands of years of evolution. Women don’t need a protector as much anymore but that’s still what they look for in a partner. Emotionally mature, socially competent and high social status (especially among friends and family), high financial resources, able to handle financial situations and social disputes for their partner. The criteria to be able protect another human being has gone up a lot in recent years. More than what mos…

You gotta admit that although women aren’t a monolith, there are patterns in society among women. The red pill movement might be a bit displaced but it doesn’t come from out of nowhere. There are some embedded nuggets of truth in the ideology

Sam Sulek after a cut can get it tbh. It’s when he’s bulking where he looks too bulky, and that’s because of the fat To get as big as Sam you actually do need a lot of fat. It’s a biology thing. It’s more efficient to pack on muscle and fat then just lose the fat, but women just want lean guys. Women don’t know any better which is why they call off season body builders dad bods. Way easier to just not be a body builder and be lean

Nobody wants to fuck dom from gears of war because he’s kinda fat and not well groomed. If he slimmed down and got a more chiseled jawline, grew his hair a bit and shaved he’d be able to get whatever he wanted tbh
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/25 07:44 AM

Women want men to be lean. If you have a lot of muscle but a lot of fat, you’ll look ugly to women even if you’ve been lifting for over a decade. It’s much more attractive to have a chiseled jaw line, vascular veiny arms, a six pack and hard body. That comes with being lean regardless of how much total muscle you have.

Woman want someone who can be warm kind without needing kindness in return. This is a very sane and normal thing to want It’s unfair because we’re living in some deceptively cold and cruel times

Women aren’t a monolith. Each one varies wildly. The majority of women don’t even have a college degree. Most of the men vs women rhetoric is just capitalism Women’s insecurities are way easier to monetize because the beauty industry is so big and normalized. Insecure women can be recommended tons of skin care products, makeup, hair care, nail care, waxing, dieting, shape wear, lingerie, heels, vitamins, supplements, therapy, etc. They buy all the stuff and do all the things and are frustrated t…

Good or bad behaviour often comes down to opinion, and the context matters. Confidence and dominance doesn’t have to be exploitative and bad

Bruh, half the things you’re calling ‘immoral’ are just things you personally feel uncomfortable with. Try swapping the word ‘immoral’ with ‘this makes me anxious’ and see how different these sentences hit
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 01:33 AM

A large part of being attractive is confidence and attitude. It’s easier to be confident when you have no financial struggles and can easily handle any unexpected emergency expense that comes your way. If you’re a depressed or anxious mess you can buy therapy and take long relaxing vacations with your friends Another part is presentation. With money, you can get tailored, well fitting clothes, you can afford dental care, haircuts every two weeks, nice smelling cologne, you can legit buy salads, …

Money can buy you your own car to go on dates, the ability to even afford to go on dates, your own place to go back to if the dating goes well, the ability to not have to stress about finances, healthy foods and a gym membership so you can feel better about yourself physically. Money can fund your hobbies so that you seem more passionate and goal oriented, it can buy you more free time. Think not having to take public transportation, or not have a long work commute, or being able to afford lawn …

It makes me think of those “I have no enemies” Samurai stoic type videos where the message is that nobody has any legitimate reason to be angry at anyone In this lens, everything is a natural force including our thoughts. All we control is how we respond
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 05:51 PM

I don’t think it’s treating mothers as morally superior much as it is LLMs are designed to avoid outputs that look like: “Kill the woman.” No matter the context or nuance or scenario. If you asked it something like “Which parent statistically provides safer outcomes for children in scenario X?” you’d prob get a completely different answer tbh

In that case, the poor guy is buying a drink from a place of abundance and the wealthy guy is buying a drink from a place of scarcity. The poor guy can buy a drink without expectations because he doesn’t feel the need to hold onto his paychecks for dear life. It’s similar to how Buddhist monks can give up an of their material possessions freely and happily

Your parents likely expect that you will care for them and be in their life for the rest of their lives. That when they’re older you will house them, that you will carry their values with you, that you won’t put them in a retirement home after all they’ve done for you, that you’ll always choose them over friends and spouses, etc
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 11:36 AM

This is the nature of human behavior. Unless you’re self sufficient, you’ll always want what the other person can do for you The difference between nice guys and genuinely kind guys is that genuine kindness comes from abundance. If you buy a woman a drink at a bar like it’s no big deal because you’re seriously wealthy and it genuinely is no big deal, that’s kindness. If you can’t afford to buy people drinks willy nilly (most people can’t), then there’s strings attached when you do Want to be see…

Teenagers are much more likely to get laid despite also living with their parents, because living with your parents is kinda expected when you’re young. School is one of the few environments left where young people regularly meet up and hangout. Poorer kids also have less access to education and contraception Overall, the number of teen moms and young married couples is still shrinking. It’s just that the number of people in their 20s and 30s regularly hooking up is shrinking way faster by compa…

Yeah but it was way easier for a guy to get their own place, not be fat, their own car, and still have money left over to go out in the evenings on weekends. Also women had way less rights and opportunities so it was normal for guys to be providers Also there were plenty of third places and there were no cellphones or social media so being outside was awesome and being inside sucked

No publicly visible boners. Women could be talking to their crush and be more aroused than they’ve ever been in their entire lives, cuddle with friends, sit in each others laps, and their pants will still fit comfortably, they can walk peacefully with good posture For guys, boners are always read as extreme sexual arousal. If a guy gets one in public at the wrong time, it can be read as creepy, perverted, gay, harassment even. Most of the time it can’t even be controlled. I think it makes guys m…
