honestly, i usually skip breakfest most days, for lunch i usually'll eat some pbj sandwichs with milk, or chicken nuggets, as for dinner i drink a big class of milk as well with usually chicken or ground beef along with pita bread (lots of carbs), but tbh now im kind of trying to limit myself on eating cuz i am gaining some belly fat, one of my friends told me its best to eat 35g of pt every 3 hrs
