Probably because this sub is now filled with betas too afraid of offending a woman to actually try to get what they want in life. It’s been years since I’ve seen No More Mr. Nice Guy or Models recommended to any newbies. Those books changed my life.

Followers aren’t friends. She likes what she sees. Keep doing what you’re doing. She doesn’t want someone with lots of followers. Don’t bring up her popularity or your insecurity about it. Act confident and it will come naturally.

What does that mean though? Many guys including myself aren’t skilled at knowing how to “dominate”

Warning, this is mean: fat guys with bushy beards look like they don’t give af about their bodies. Trim that thing. Beards are an excellent choice for skinny and fat guys alike, but it needs to be well-kept. Also buy some nicer clothes. You don’t have to shred the pounds overnight but look like you give a shit. FYI fat guys have a lot of muscle hiding under that fat. Look up Ethan Suplee from My Name is Earl.

I made a post a while back about why books like “No More Mr. Nice Guy” and “Models” aren’t recommended anymore on this sub. It was the #1 suggestion a few years ago and I still highly value the lessons I learned from those books. A lot of men in this sub don’t know how to be men and that’s the problem.

I think you could really benefit from reading No More Mr. Nice Guy. Years ago when I was big on this subreddit it used to be the #1 most recommended book for recovering nice guys along with Models by Mark Manson (of “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck” fame). Those 2 books changed my life and are exactly what you need. I know I’m just a stranger on the internet but give it a chance.

I should have clarified. I think Models is better for getting the girl. NMMNG is better for keeping the girl and being happy long-term. I had to read NMMNG very slowly because just coming out of a relationship, I could relate so much to it and I would catch myself drifting off into introspection while listening to it.
/r/seduction12/09/17 07:11 PM

Read NMMNG. Mark got a lot of his content from NMMNG and expands upon select parts. He even mentions "Dr. Robert Glover" (author of NMMNG) twice in Models.

I see myself as a nice person You should start by reading No More Mr. Nice Guy. And then Models. NMMNG will help with your neediness. Models will help with the flirting.

You def have the right idea. Girls love a guy that doesn't hesitate when he sees an opportunity. Things could have gone very differently for you if you had made a move immediately. That being said, good for you for making a move. Rejection feels amazing. Even if you don't get the girl, by making a move you've got more courage than 90% of other guys out there.

Anyone else find it extremely awkward to walk up to a group of girls and say to one of them "I thought you were really cute?" Especially if one of the friends is a little overweight or something, it's gotta make them a bit self-conscious. You're essentially saying "I'm not attracted to your friends, but I thought YOU were really cute"?

On top of this, the more he messages/acts weird around her, the less likely he will be to ever date him. But really, she's a flake. He can do better and find someone that actually wants to go out with him.

I'll be the voice of dissent here. Do what makes you happy. If you want plastic surgery, and can afford it, have at it. It's like how lately I've changed my opinions on girls with breast implants. Why not? They want big boobs and unfortunately the gym won't do much for that. Some guys want their dicks chopped off and to grow tits. I don't think diet and exercise are going to fix that. We all want a certain body that may or may not be attainable through the gym. Though I would look carefully at t…

Not to just repeat everything everyone else is saying, but you're 18. The world is your oyster and there are countless guys out there more compatible with you than him. I know you may think you've been through so much with him, but if you left him now you could probably meet someone else and have years of happy, new memories with them before you're even 22.

I find it's often good to read the whole long version of a book rather than the cliffs notes version. You're much more likely to remember it and be able to apply it to your specific situation if you read the whole thing.

5 years from now you're gonna think of this and cringe. She only agreed to it because she doesn't have the spine to break up with you. You only offered it because vice versa. Everyone has to learn how to break up with someone at some point in their lives. It's good practice for not being stuck in a shitty relationship in the future. If she isn't into monogamy and you are, dump her. We live in a world of abundance. There are countless amazing women who only want one man in their lives.

/r/seduction21/03/17 01:37 AM

I for one find it difficult to start up a convo with a stranger spur of the moment in public. If it's a date setting though I can usually do a bit better. Especially because it's less awkward because she's not sitting there wondering you're taking to her. She knows what you want and presumably if she's going out with you, she wants the same thing.
/r/seduction21/03/17 01:36 AM

So how would you progress that to getting her number in less then a minute?
/r/seduction20/03/17 10:11 PM

What job is this?
/r/seduction17/03/17 03:07 AM

/r/seduction17/03/17 02:57 AM

Depends how carefully you tread. I'd hold off on sex until quite a few dates and determine you could really see a future with this person first. The ding and ditch (or whatever it's called) is not the best strategy for a workplace.

If you're the world's greatest flirt, someone at some point in time will still call you creepy. You just need to accept it. Girls overuse that word all the time to lower your worth as a man. Often the difference between creepy and smooth is how direct you came across combined with how attracted she was to you from the start.
/r/seduction06/03/17 11:13 PM
1

Extremely important. It breaks the touch barrier so when you try to hold her hand, put your hand on her leg, kiss her, etc. it just feels natural. It also can make her feel butterflies if she really likes you. Start by hugging her when you see her, guiding her with your hand on the small of her back at restaurants, etc.
/r/seduction04/03/17 07:30 PM
2

And there's nothing wrong with hanging out with them in a totally non-game oriented environment.

/r/seduction04/03/17 07:23 PM

You're 17. Everyone sucks at that age. Don't be afraid to ask the girl for tips. Whoever you're kissing now isn't gonna be the girl you marry so feel free to get anything out of it you can.

Read No More Mr. Nice Guy. Particularly the last chapter is relevant to you. We live in a place of abundance. No one person can make you happy. Your ex is not unique or special. Literally countless other women can make you happy. Go out and meet some new girls and never think about your ex again.

One time a girl told me her tits were better than some celebrity's. I told her prove it. She sent me a text in a bra. I told her "Yeah those are nice but a good bra can make a lot of tits look way better. I'd have to see them without it to make any decisions." She sent it. Apparently she thought I'm the Simon Cowell of tit judges.

I think with enough practice anyone can make it as easy as naturals. But I for one like routines. Why not? It's less sincere? She'll never know you've used the same line on 20 different girls, and if she finds out, who cares? It's not like it's immoral. I don't know any routines but I'm interested in what has worked for some other people.

I know I'm late to reply but I wanted to thank you for this. I, too, make an effort not to hit on married women. I like how moral this subreddit can be. It's a shame that no one else on Reddit sees us as moral, and everyone views us as sleezy manwhores who use any means necessary to get women to jump into bed with us.

Yeah I get that, and that's one of the reasons I wouldn't want to date a 10. But as I said if you're secure in your masculinity it shouldn't bother you. But I can understand that's not always easy to ignore.

Here's what I realized. Who cares if the girl is hot? If you're trying to date them, looks are only about 10% of how fulfilling of a relationship it is. If you're trying to just fuck them, it's only one night anyway. You are the prize. Not her. She did not have to work to become hot. You've worked to become the awesome person you are. And if you're not awesome, why not? Why not work to become the person you want to be? Lastly, every girl is a bit insecure. Unless you're genuinely ugly, it's doub…

"I'm assertive and honest!" sounds kind of like you're trying too hard. I'd just stick with "Just being honest" or "thank you" like the other guy said and leave it at that. Mostly though don't stop approaching girls like that because most times they love it.

If you like this, OK Cupid or plenty of fish used to have studies from all their data showing who was attracted to who, who you're likely to get a response from, etc. I think they stopped due to certain controversial info like "studies show white females are 80% more likely to respond to a white male than a black male."
/r/seduction10/02/17 09:33 PM

Agreed. The frustrating thing is when you're nice to a girl you don't find attractive and they start hitting on you or ask you out. But I guess now I know how it feels for girls and why a lot of hot girls don't talk to unattractive guys.

Where's your mic? You can hear her better than you...

I've been thinking about this. I think I do attempt to get her approval quite a bit. I should focus more on genuinely being nice, and not always doing everything in an attempt to please her.

I really am not quite sure who am I being. I want to make her happy, and I thought that was a good thing in relationships, but I feel that working for her approval isn't what I want to do. I guess I need to work on finding a balance.

I don't believe I'm being needy but maybe she doesn't see it that way. I do kiss her far more than she kisses me (lately). I'm going to try to tone everything down. Let her initiate more. End text convos if it's all one way. I just hope it's not too late for her to change her opinion of me and to feel those feelings for me again.

I'd say losing 30 pounds is much better in the long run than getting one girl's number.

Probably not, but even if he doesn't get that girl in particular, the whole idea of using his promise as a reason to get fit and approaching the girl directly and expressing interest is a huge step in the right direction.

Being yourself helps if you're naturally good with women, or have developed that personality. Otherwise for the love of god don't be yourself. Well you don't really have a choice imo. If you build it they will come. You built an image of sexy confidence. Wait for her to come.

To go into further detail, when most guys give a girl validation, it comes across as wanting to fuck her. You obviously didn't care about that so giving her validation while staying an alpha male is what made her want the D once again. Either way don't change anything you've been doing. It's working for you. Let her come to you if she wants you again.

On what the other guy said: Introduce yourself to every girl there. make them laugh Especially the ugly ones. The hot ones will notice and realize you're a really cool guy who likes making anyone laugh, and not just girls you're into. My biggest tip (and most PUAs actually) for talking to girls in groups is to address all of them. Bring them all into the convo. Make it so when they think of that night, that convo, they can't NOT think of you. You were the facilitator of so many convos and memori…

"I was not trying to seduce her" exactly. She was thinking "what kind of a guy has no interest in seducing me? Am I not good enough for him? He's so sweet, and he doesn't give a fuck about me? He's a great guy, I've got to win him back. I'm gonna fuck his brains out tonight."

neither did I Well there's your problem right there. Also you're right, it was obvious she was doing yoga. Instead start with something like "excuse me, did you just get back from a yoga class? How is it here? Are there lots of beginners in the class or are they all seasoned pros like yourself? etc.."

Ask more questions and make comments. "I'd like to but I'd probably embarrass myself." "When do they meet?" "Are all the girls in the class as cute as you?"

You're going to need to step out of your comfort zone for this. Get creative. See them with an upper-level textbook for a class you will take in the future? Ask them how the class is. Compliment them on something they're wearing.
