Do you really require to remember all spends you made in 3 years 🤷🏼‍♂️.

Talk to your lawyer. It should be possible to draft TRO in a specific way where she can’t do such things. Unless you already divorced.

She made herself the only thing she cares about. No time with family, not time for house, no time for anything related to us. Even zero pics of all of us on social networking. If you will see her profile she kinda single. Spending more money on stupid stuff just to look better in other’s eyes. That is all in addition to infidelity.

Sorry man but you sound like my ex. What she did for family? If she was primary source and you enjoy working where you want then it is your problem. You need to support yourself disregard of what she says. You can’t rely on her money. Sorry, but if we claim them to be such a b…h in such situation then we can’t claim we can do the same.

Just quit if you make enough for yourself and child depending on a custody. We blame women exactly for the same. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I do not want to be rude but what stops you from getting a job. Honestly it looks like an opposite direction where you want to leverage her as a source of cash and that what we fight as a primary source of income. Every situation is different and I might be mistaken.

Card is in her possession and I would look probably bad in court if I will take it out from her.

Not sure about CA but in TX as per my lawyer, if you are married for less than 10 years no alimony will be granted.

That is unfair. How judge justified this? Were you able to use joint savings to cover cost? What I did I put a cap on all credit cards under my name. To make sure no big purchases are done by ex.

Women loves leaders and successful guys. Coming back crying would not make you better in her eyes. It is a waist of time. Focus on your self. Become a leader in your own life. Guess what, you will find someone right away. And she might also try to come back but do not accept it Stay strong

Depends on your actual situation. Is she is primary source of income? If yes you pay an attorney and will create debt which will be divided. Or you can ask court that she will pay for attorney. If neither of you make a good income then it is nothing to divide and it should be a pretty straightforward. If you have kids then it is another story. State you are in is also matters. Most attorneys will give free consultation as well. So it is too many unknowns but attorney is key to drive this process…

It was fun on my side as well. When we agreed to divorce next day she asked how dental insurance works for my step-son ))) My reply was, now you see how much you have been involved in our life that you have no idea about such a basic stuff. Everything was delivered seamlessly without ask how and from where. Time to learn

I had similar and in 3 years we are filling again. But now more money in question as well as new house. Do not be fooled. What I found is that her plan was not going well that time and she stayed waiting for a better opportunity and profit.

My one asked the same. Lawyer response was that the best she can get is 50/50 in assets. In Texas if you marry less then 10 years no alimony would be granted. Child support another thing to consider.

Selling house comes at cost. So calculation should consider it as well. Average is about $20k that you can deduct from joint equity. 2. If you had 401K prior to marriage it has to be prorated until today and deducted from current number as it belongs to you. 3. If you had savings, investments prior to marriage they can also be deducted. 4. Another trick I traded in my previous car that I got before marriage for the new one. Cost of the new one currently same as trade in value. So my current car …

I agree that women conceal stuff well but they do mistakes. The problem is we blind ourselves for the red flags. When I was looking back I found so many of those. Our mind protects us so We just not ready to believe in it.

You are welcome. Look for anything unusual. Some people may go out often and it is normal for them but some do not. In anyway almost all marriages end up in a divorce especially nowadays. So make sure to protect your assets. First if not done yet make all statements in bank, investment, etc. for the day prior to marriage. Banks are obligated to keep records for 5 years. So you may end-up with no record of savings you had. Prenup is a good mitigation but can be done only prior. Offload some asset…

Shadow activities - hiding phone every time you pass by, stops conversation over phone. Goes out more often than usually. Stays late at work. No or limited sex. No interest and investments in house or family projects. Too offensive. Problems from nothing.

My lawyer in TX told me that all your investments, savings, equity earned before marriage are yours. More over your investment in 401k prior to marriage has to be prorated till now and it is not part of division. I think your house will stay yours again as per TX regulations

It seems your house went up in price during that time. Otherwise investment you did with your premarital assets stays yours.
