Long story short. I am in TX and going through a divorce. I helped her and her son to get in US while was working on my Green Card. We got married in TX. 3 years later we finally got a NIW GC and month after she left. Then she said she was wrong and want to be back again. But I got an evidence that she was cheating for two years and was lying to the officer during an interview. I forgive her and took care of her and her son for another 3 years and recently she said that want to divorce. By reading all of the sources it seems even to be on the right side I will be punished the most. Question on 401k how that would be splitted. If child is my step son for 7 years do I have to pay support. And what can lead to alimony if she works full time.
