So there's this girl I met at a party about a month ago. I talked to her and got her number she seemed a bit interested in me. I text her 3 days later asking if she wants to go grab some coffee. We text back and forth but when i say "how does 8 sound?" she does t respond back. So now it's Saturday and I'm thinking of hitting her up again. Should I text her or call her? And I have no idea where to go, I've. Ever been on a date before. Will this come off as too needy?

Not on my watch. I will downvote the fuck out of anything that is a meme.

Awesome. My advice is use this current 'state' to do some day game. If you don't use it you will revert back to your AFCness. Haven't made some direct approaches in the past few days and I feel like I'm slipping off a bit.

Sure it's not some high level approaching, but it's a decent template to bring down your AA.

Tap them on the shoulder. "Hey excuse me, I just thought your really cute and I wanted to come and talk to you. What's your name? You look great today, where are you going blah blah." After this, use threading to turn the conversation somewhere else and start begging a little bit. Keep doing that until your AA is gone.

I'm just now starting and this is solid advice to me mate. I can definitely see my self applying some of your openers at the grocery store. I think the delivery is what most newbie have trouble with. If I read this a few months ago I would have a hard time even visualizing me saying this lol. But now with my AA and escalation anxiety gone I feel like this should be pretty simple.

Absolutely, I read all new posts. I started reading seduction about 2 years ago but I'm just NOW starting to implement it's techniques. Girls are starting to notice me and for ONCE in my life, I have no anxiety when talking to girls. My heart used to sink if I saw a girl at school. "Oh fuck, I have to talk to her." shit like that. But now, everything is completely different. I can feel myself changing, and I think I like who I am becoming.

Good shit broski. Attended your first party and you had your hands in a girls thigh? That's a fucking win for me. Keep going to parties whenever the opportunity arises, and focus on doing doing something better than before. Such as keeping up a conversation longer or even getting a number. You did way better than me at my first party. I just hung around in the corner until my friends left. But today at a party, I just number closed the hottest girl there, something I would never even think of do…

It gets to a point where your pain of regret is more than your fear of rejection. Then you will approach. Keep having these feeling, you are progressing.

Intentionally embarrass yourself. Teach your brain not to give a fuck through meditation. Do nofap. One thing you'll find out is...no one gives a fuck if you embarrass yourself. Everyone is to absorbed in their lives to give a fuck about your "spoiled performance"

Look for the next one. There are hundreds of girls just waiting to be picked up. If she flakes, go for the next one. Good Job brother, I'm proud of you!

Just texted her. I asked for coffe sometime this week and she said that's a good idea and wants to meet up this week. I'm fucking 20 years old and this has literally never happened before. Lol.

I don't agree with this. One problem I have is, when do you know you are improving? And assuming you have "improved", where are you now relative to where you came from? Does improving mean getting as many numbers or feeling that you yourself are comfortable with where you are with regards to social skills? I guess this advice would be suitable for SUPER hard case newbie. But for most people I think you just need to relize what you need to work on and focus on that.

Thanks for the reply. I've been trying to improve my day-game, I think that's what you're talking about. And I have made some strides. I like talking more and I feel like my conversations are actually interesting. But I just want to test my night-game, which involves direct approaches. Let's see what happens.

Thanks for this post. These are 2 problems I have. Waking up, driving alone to class, isn't too fun and I use all of that time to over analyze everything. The more I over analyze the more I think which causes me to be more serious. It's a viscous cycle and I hope I'm not the only one. I think Im going crazy sometimes. BUT when I'm with friends or in a fun environment, I snap into state. I say whatever comes to mind and am overall a fun guy. But it's then mornings after and the boring school days…

Yep I totally agree with you about snapping into that "alpha mode." Its really hard doing that with your circle of friends because they KNOW you really aren't like that. What has worked for me is approaching and getting positive reactions from girls, which seeps into my overall confidence which in turn makes me louder AND most importantly decreases me looking for validationo in others. Seems like you need to form yourself to talk. I'm in the same boat as you. Introvert and not much of a talker. …

I've also been one who doesn't really enjoy being the center of attention. I think it's because I never really grew up as a popular kid. My friends have been telling me that when I talk, "people listen," and I notice it too. But up until a couple weeks ago I used to get really nervous/anxious when I suddenly see the entire group turn their heads in silence as I'm talking to someone. But lately I've embraced this and it's really helping with my game. I've approached more girls these few weeks tha…
