I'm not 21 so going to bars isn't an option. I was thinking about walking around the block just check out what happeneing. Hollywood seems busy around these times at night. I've never really done anything like this before. I've been to clubs but only 19+ ones

Planning on making some approaches, and generally loosen up with girls.
