Other TRP frameworks that make my blood boil are this: women control access to sex, men control access to commitment. I LOATHE this frame of mind because it robs (both men and women alike) people of their agency. I get your point, and I agree to a mid extent. Most women don't care about sex as much as men do; it is just one facet of a relationship. There's a sizeable number of women who DO care about sex as much or more than their male partners. And even with that taken into account, different women have different preferences in bed.
