I also dislike the badge system. In the soccer subreddit they have a system which lets them put their "club" badge. Pretty much anyone with certain "badges" are downvoted/upvoted. We should judge things by content. A badge may tell you "This guy knows what he's talking about" but it doesn't necessarily yield good content from that user.

I disagree with one thing though, people won't "magically" flock to you if you don't try. Unless you have something really good going for you.

Has anyone noticed that a lot of these nice guy threads usually end up with everyone projecting personalities on these "nice guys" I honestly rarely see the "evil nice guy" who uses women that's generalized so much on here. I think a lot of the anger towards "nice guys" is from women who don't want to feel guilty and former "nice guys" being angry at their past selves.

to a certain formula of behavior isn't necessarily going to help you every time. There is no formula..you obviously haven't been here for long. Seddit is very much about improving one's self. Checkout David Wygant's videos and you'll see there is no formula. And most often, he is trying to do exactly what is advised on this subreddit. Like become a better person by working out, being social, and having fun? You're clearly intimidated by all this.

And yes, frankly, it is forced. I can tell when a guy isn't being himself because he's trying to pick me up. Believe what you want to believe. Most likely, those guys aren't studying pick up and you're turning them down for some perceived behavior or personality you have projected onto them. They're probably decent or good guys with great personality, but because of your complex you turn them down. Then again, you're the one losing out. What I think masturbation affects, if anything, is horniness. And in my experience, it's better to not be too horny during a social interaction Let's consider this, when you're not horny, one can get into the frame of plentifulness. "Oh her? She's not important, there are plenty more" Think of it like food. Are you desperate when your refrigerator gets bare or when its full? Or do you realize you can go to the grocery store whenever you want and buy almost anything you want? When I'm not dying t…

I was strictly addressing your claim that "excessive masturbation depletes testosterone," which has been proven to be false. Its been proven false for years. This idea of not fapping used to be believed by taoist and in the 1800s. which seems to be in direct contradiction to your theory. You give him too much credibility by saying its a theory.

I see, I'm not in korea though. :( And awesome that you're bagging Korean chicks, I hear Korea is really conservative against going out EVEN with wide dudes, though you're lucky because you're the most acceptable race to be with outside of korean and chinese(that's how they see it iirc) Notes-Don't do PDA, chill out on the Kino, be less "threatening" or sexual? Any idea how to even BEGIN sparking interest? Do the usual PUA rules apply? thanks a lot. :)

after they won means that they aren't entirely mainstream Dude, they're definitely mainstream. There isn't even debatable. They're the most entry level "indie" band ever. In fact, the first one that was widely popular with most 2k6 kids. They've been a band for like 6 years and have 3 albums. Hipster and Mainstream are relative terms that mean different things to different people depending on where you view yourself socially. Obviously, but as a more relevant person, I will tell you that they've…

The problem here is, everyone was focusing on the biases they hold. Others were reacting to the bias of others instead of focusing on what matters. The CONTENT. The content of the post here is what matters. And instead of commenting on the content, everyone went completely off topic. In fact, people went in completely different directions. If the post is disagreeable, show it. And discuss it, maybe you'll learn something along the way. That's the way to do it. Everyone lost sight of what's impor…

This post helped, but you didn't really directly answer my question. If you're kissing a girl, and she offers LMR, should one change the subject and have a casual conversation or ignore her LMR completely and go in for the kiss? Or pull her hair? I didn't understand the hair pull part at all.

I never said it was logical. It's just social reality. Actually, you said you were rational, which means you come to conclusions when considering things that are logically consistent. You speak with much authority, but you don't seem to know what you're talking about. What's a "social reality"? your premise is weak at best.

You can't just insert them where you like, which you've done here and in many of your other posts I just finished reading. Deal with it. And yes you can. I've already commented that my use of comma is intentional. Your comma comment is irrelevant, I'm not going to reply to it anymore. The word "you" can be direct or indirect. I tried to make it clear that it was indirect but I can see that it was confusing. I was not confused. I've already commented about this, its completely irrelevant to me wh…

This is LMR. "I CAN NOT believe that I AM DOING THIS." She was doing it. Doing. She tacitly agreed to do something with you but you hesitated and waited and waited. She was doing her role. You didn't do yours. Which is to pile in on her with your tongue and give her a smooch before pulling back and giving her a subtle push off for the purpose of generating an LMR. GENERATING one. That's the real question. I think some sedditors have some legitimate concerns on the advice, such as buying a girl a drink. one drink (5-7$) No one hits on ONE women per night. If someone followed your rule they'd spend $40+ per night on drinks alone. It gets men all riled up but the truth is, one drink (5-7$) is a small price to have a good time with a girl, and will win you alpha points. Incorrect. Why? This is an example of counter signaling. It's pseudo scientific psychology. So you don't believe it at all? How credible do you believe it is? I think the PUA business is more about believing than actually its own validity. It gains its validity by forcing you to talk to people. It's not all the magic of PUA doing it, its you doing it...the only difference is you "believe" you can do it. This might be a possibility.
