Well, there definitely a difference between street drugs (coke, heroin, etc.) and drugs with some spiritual/therapeutic benefits. Your therapist is probably somewhat ignorant of the latter. 2	Over heard a guy say this today while he was on the phone. It was brilliant. I use something similar with any girl I'm hanging out with all the time. I say "how has your day been?" (or something similar). If they don't respond with 100% amazing omg, I just say " tell me something great that happened to you today." 99% of the time, they think of something really positive to convey (you reframe based on this).
