Seeking friendships is an important part of life, and without them, pickup is exponentially difficult. I have a really helpful suggestion for you: Find and join a club or group on campus, it is extremely easy to meet friends that way. Look through your school's website, they will have a list of all the groups so that you can find 1 or 2 that you are interested in.
