2	Fighting Redpill Rhetoric Cynthia Payne goes thru this in her book called the Red Pill Ideology. She debunks every famous red pill line scientifically. There is literally no red pill "truth" that is based upon scientific reasoning & evidence. 1	How do I stop being so easily influenced by redpill thinking? It's quite easy. Read The Book - The red pill ideology by Cynthia Payne. It goes into all of the famous claims by red pill gurus and debunks them with scientific research & study.
