The kids he's paying support for are probably listed on that policy. The judge would destroy him if he dropped that insurance for the kids.

It's his. They were married and paid the clinic to store her eggs fertilized by him so they could have children later in life. Then they got divorced. He called the clinic and revoked his permission to use them. Then she forged his signature to get them implanted. The judge said he didn't do enough to properly revoke permission.

It’s a lose-lose situation for a male teacher. If they say nothing then it must be because they were proving on her. If they say something it’s their fault for even looking at her close enough to notice that she wasn’t following dress code.

He’s talking about doing this in his home. It’s more a guy trying to move to fast with his girlfriend. You also need to take the source into account. George is a regular guest on the show and they have him a lot of clips of him saying dirty words and things out of context that they like to play while he’s talking. If you listen carefully a lot of the stuff being said are actually those clips that someone else in the studio is playing.

Maybe not a lot, but some women do indeed do just that. Have a kid, decide that most of her salary would go to paying someone else to watch their kid and so decide to take some time off an do it themselves. Then a year or two later they have another kid and decide it just makes more sense to stay at home and take care of the kids until they are school age. So pretty quickly 5+ years go past before the parent is ready to get back in the job market. And by then your degree is probably all but wort…

Spousal support needs to exist, it just needs to have strict time limits. 1-2 years max, plenty long enough to give the spouse receiving it to get started on their own and learn to live within their new means.

A choice they made to support the marriage. Maybe the wife got pregnant and one spouse stayed home to take care of the child. Or one went to work to support the couple/family while the other attended school.

I'm fine with alamony for 1-5 years depending on the situation. A year to help support the spouse making significantly less money a chance to get back on their feet. And maybe up to 5 years to get through college if they didn't get that opportunity due to the marriage.

The story said he has already paid her more than $20 million during the divorce proceedings. It would be tough, but I think I could manage to live off of that for a couple of months if I was careful with my money and only bought one new house and super car a month.
